I've been using this for about 3 weeks now, and I snagged it during the Olive Young sale with a buy-one-get-one-free deal! I'm absolutely crazy for these deals, so I grabbed it right away. When you use this, you can immediately feel your pores tightening up - it's amazing! I usually drench my skin with toners every night, paying extra attention to my routine. But with this product, I sometimes feel like it's so effective that I just use this and follow up with a cream before bed. The bottle is quite generous too. Even after 3 weeks of use, there's still plenty left. The absorption is truly impressive - you just apply it, spread it out, pat it in, and it's absorbed in no time. I have combination skin, by the way. The texture is more fluid than water, but not quite runny. There are absolutely no downsides. Seriously, none at all. I always make sure to use this before applying makeup, and it seems to help my makeup adhere better. Maybe it's because it tightens my pores so well? - a0**********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJul 11, 2025
It's neither exceptionally great nor particularly bad - just a solid, middle-of-the-road product. However, for this price point, it feels like it might not be the best value for your money. - ar******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresJul 10, 2025
To be honest, I can't really tell if it's good, and I didn't see any effect on my pores. If you have oily or combination skin, avoid this at all costs. It's way too greasy, causing skin breakouts, irritation, and a blemish explosion. Plus, it's incredibly sticky. It's just a complete waste of money. - ks******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 6, 2025
I received this product as a reward from the Medicube Friends event, and I'm here to share my review! With the sweltering summer heat lately, I noticed my facial pores starting to expand one by one. What perfect timing! I participated in the Age R Friends event and was rewarded with the Medicube Zero Pore One-Day Serum. So here I am with my review! Although the packaging has been updated now, the slightly glossy material (rather than matte) feels great in hand. The airless pump bottle design is a major plus, allowing for hygienic use every time. Texture & Feel: The serum has a thin, translucent consistency. It absorbs quickly into the skin upon application, leaving a fresh finish without any stickiness. This makes it perfect for summer use! Before using it, I was concerned about blackheads around my nose and enlarged pores. After use, I felt like my skin looked a bit more refined. I noticed an immediate smoothing effect, making it great to use before applying makeup. Serum Pros: 1. High concentration (15.2%) of pore-care ingredients including AHA, BHA, and PHA 2. Noticeably effective in smoothing dead skin cells 3. Skin texture remains smooth even the next day 4. Fresh finish without stickiness, ideal for summer use 5. Luxurious exterior design with a hygienic pump bottle Serum Cons: 1. The thin consistency makes it difficult to control the amount dispensed and prone to dripping 2. May cause a tingling sensation for sensitive skin, so caution is needed for first-time use 3. Due to strong exfoliating ingredients, recommended use is 2-3 times a week rather than daily Repurchase Intention (5-star rating): 5 out of 5 stars Yes, I'd like to keep this product on hand for periodic exfoliation and sebum care. Rather than daily use, I found it extremely satisfying as an intensive care product for days when my skin feels particularly rough or makeup doesn't apply well. However, it's important to note that understanding the application method and texture characteristics is crucial for achieving good results! 1. The thin consistency makes it difficult to control the amount dispensed and prone to dripping 2. May cause a tingling sensation for sensitive skin, so caution is needed for first-time use 3. Due to strong exfoliating ingredients, recommended use is 2-3 times a week rather than daily While the pump bottle design is great for hygiene, the thin consistency of the product means that even a slightly firm pump can cause the serum to drip excessively. It can be a bit tricky to control the amount, and I often ended up dispensing too much at once. I'll let you in on a secret - there were times when I tried to dispense it onto the back of my hand, only to have it drip all the way to the floor. When using this product, I recommend dispensing small amounts directly onto your skin and spreading it quickly! - yw*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 5, 2025
The packaging looks like that because it's the older version. But don't let that fool you - it seems to really help reduce oil production! It won't magically shrink your pores overnight. However, by decreasing sebum production, it does help prevent pores from appearing enlarged. - y7******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 4, 2025
Skin Type: [Combination + Oily T-zone + Dehydrated Butterfly Zone] This serum is an absolute must in my nighttime routine! Application: It glides on smoothly, enveloping the skin like flowing water, leaving it firm and supple. Absorption: Even a small amount is sufficient, as it tightens pores and absorbs deeply into the skin. Nighttime Routine: Applying this before bed ensures that the skin remains supple until morning. This allows for a lighter morning routine focused on hydration and gentle exfoliation of dead skin cells! The only downside is that it feels sticky for a while after application, but when you see your skin the next morning, you can hardly complain... If you dislike the stickiness, I finish with AHC eye cream! After completing your routine, you'll be satisfied with how soft your skin feels to the touch. - xm********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 4, 2025
After using this, my pores visibly shrunk! I saw results the very next day - it worked that quickly for me. After applying, it feels super sticky and a bit suffocating...? That was my experience, at least. Also, since it's the pre-renewed version, it's a bit inconvenient to use. - la*****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 3, 2025
It seems to work wonders for my pores and sebum control. I love how smoothly it applies to my skin. The downside is that it seems to cause a few blemishes to appear. Because of this, I plan to use it only once or twice a week. - sb********Dry SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 3, 2025
I tried this after my friend recommended it, and I think it's pretty good! First off, it has an acetone-like smell. Also, the texture is quite thin for an ampoule, so you need to dispense it onto your hand rather than applying it directly to your face. - si*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresJul 3, 2025
Skin type: Combination dehydrated, leaning towards oily. In summer, my face gets greasy just 3 hours after applying skincare. <Skin concerns> Oily skin / Enlarged pores / Acne / Dull complexion / Blackheads, whiteheads, excess sebum I'm not really sure about its effectiveness. I can't really tell if it's working, and the rich texture... the stickiness... it's a bit uncomfortable to use.
