A toner that feels like a concentrated serum, packed with nutrients... Just a small amount leaves the skin feeling hydrated, and it seems to absorb quickly into the skin. While the container is sturdy and luxurious, I wish it were a bit lighter in weight. It's great to store in the refrigerator during summer, as the coolness when applied feels refreshing and seems to tighten the pores. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2020
The watery texture is so hydrating that even applying just this toner keeps my skin from feeling dry. It absorbs well into the skin without any sticky feeling, which I really appreciate. The pump bottle design makes it a bit challenging to use up every last drop of the product towards the end. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2020
I have dry skin and prefer a moisturizing toner over a cleansing one. Previously, I often used Hanyul Skin toner because it was gentle and had a runny texture. However, since switching to Themana, I've been using this toner along with their serum! I find that the Themana toner is even gentler and has a milder scent, making it great for sensitive skin like mine! The packaging is slightly disappointing. I wish it came in a translucent bottle so I could see how much product is left. Since it's a hydrating formula, I love soaking cotton pads with it and placing them on my cheeks. It helps reduce redness and feels refreshingly cool! I used this method during summer when my face would get flushed. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 7, 2020
This toner gives me the same level of satisfaction as high-end serums I've tried before. Just applying this alone leaves my skin hydrated, firm, and glowing! No wonder it's called a brightening moisturizer! The scent is subtle and refreshing, not overpowering. It's such a mood-booster when I pump it onto a cotton pad and apply it after cleansing. I love it so much that I wanted to decant it into a spray bottle to use as a mist on-the-go, but it doesn't spray well. I guess it's because the formula has a bit more viscosity than plain water. I keep this in my bathroom. After showering, I have a lot to do, but I apply this first. Then I quickly put on body lotion and get dressed. All the while, it keeps my face hydrated, so by the time I sit down at my vanity for the next steps, my skin feels comfortable and ready for more. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 3, 2020
I have combination skin that leans towards oily. About 4-5 months ago, I started struggling with tiny blemishes, but they've mostly cleared up now. However, it seems there's no way to prevent the breakouts that come with my monthly cycle. The texture: Unlike other toners, this one isn't super watery. It has a slight viscosity, almost like a thin essence. The packaging: I absolutely love the container! Personally, I'm a huge fan of pump-type skincare products. With squeeze bottles or ones you have to open and scoop out, I always worry about bacteria getting in. Let's be honest, they're not very hygienic. But this pump-type packaging is fantastic. I wish all products would switch to this style! Hmm... Do I really need to mention any downsides? I can't think of any... Here's a real pro tip! After checking the ingredients, I realized this toner is perfect for the '7-skin method'! But since that can be a bit time-consuming, I've been doing a '3-skin method' lately. It definitely helps the hydration last longer! If you're like me and prone to blemishes, you might find that using too much cream to combat dryness can lead to more breakouts. It's tricky to find a way to add moisture without causing issues. That's why I recommend this to people with similar skin concerns - give the 3-skin method a try with this toner!
