The scent is truly amazing! While it's on the stronger side, everyone seems to love the fragrance without any divided opinions. Also, I really appreciate that it's not sticky! I'm struggling to find any real drawbacks... I'm genuinely enjoying it so much. Well, I suppose the price is a bit on the higher side? - wr********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedDec 31, 2024
First off, I bought this hand cream mainly for its fragrance, so I didn't expect it to be exceptionally moisturizing. However, its amazing scent is definitely a strong point! Packaging: Excellent I always carry hand cream with me, so I tend to pay extra attention to packaging design. This one's pretty, isn't it? While most hand creams nowadays have nice packaging, I particularly love this one's subtle green color and cute design. Fragrance: Excellent I often try hand cream testers at Olive Young when I have time. I usually go for woody scents, but when I smelled this matcha fragrance, I bought it right away. It truly smells like matcha, almost like a matcha latte! The scent is unique and perfect for winter - it's so cozy. I find myself sniffing my hands before bed. Application: Excellent It applies smoothly, which I love. The texture seems a bit thick when you first squeeze it out, but it absorbs like a cream when you spread it on your skin. Moisturizing power: Average (for winter) Not bad! I bought it for winter use, and it leaves my hands feeling soft enough. I wash my hands frequently, so I couldn't test its longevity, but I'd guess it lasts about 3-4 hours. Absorption: Average While the hand cream itself absorbs quickly, it feels a bit rich and leaves a slight oily residue. It's not as greasy as some other hand creams, but since I mainly work on a laptop, I'm sensitive to any oil transfer to the keyboard. Because of this, I tend to use it more when I'm going out or before bed, rather than during my regular work hours. Packaging: Disappointing Aside from the design... the material of the tube is really disappointing. Mine is still fine as it's new, but the tester products at Olive Young were in terrible condition. With prolonged use, the outer coating seems to peel off like paint, sticking to your hands every time you use the cream. I'm using mine very carefully now, but I'm quite worried. Please change the packaging material! Highly recommended as a winter gift: There's currently some kind of event where you get a plastic keyring with the hand cream. Students might really like this. It seems perfect as a gift! Also, due to its slightly oily feel, it might be difficult to use in summer. I think I'll probably use it frequently only during winter. - Gu***********Normal SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 8, 2024
I discovered this through a colleague's recommendation. After quickly using up the one I bought during an Olive Young sale, I opted for a larger size this time. Every time I wash my hands and apply this hand cream at the office, it instantly lifts my mood. I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. Highly recommend for anyone looking to refresh their mood with a hand cream! Plus, it's incredibly moisturizing. The texture is similar to L'Occitane hand creams! There's nothing to dislike about this hand cream - it's practically perfect! In winter, you can immediately feel its silky texture upon application. During spring and autumn, when dry fingertips cause friction, snagging on clothes or creating static, this cream envelops your skin with a wonderfully soft feel. However, this product truly shines in summer. For those worried about the ceramide content making it sticky or heavy, fear not and go ahead and get it! The fragrance lasts for a long time. - pr**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 30, 2024
The scent is lovely (perfect for matcha enthusiasts) and it's excellent for hydration and glow. The finish feels clean and fresh. I really can't understand why they use aluminum packaging. It's incredibly inconvenient!!! It leaks everywhere and I absolutely hate it. The 10ml gratis sample comes in a plastic container, which I carry around, while I keep the full-size product at home. Please make a leak-proof container! - h7********Dehydrated SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 12, 2024
The Le Labo Santal scent is lovely! It's like Santal but without the leather notes and less humid feel. It's lighter, fresher, and more crisp than Santal, but still retains that signature sticky, smoky wood scent. I absolutely adore it! The hydration is just right - not too much, not too little. It's a decent hand cream that absorbs well enough that your phone won't slip out of your hands after applying. The fragrance is wonderful, and the design is absolutely gorgeous - especially the cap! The size is perfect for carrying around, and the scent lasts quite a while. I'm very satisfied with this product. The price is a bit steep. Also, due to the distinctive nature of the fragrance, it might be a tad overwhelming for daily use. If you use it every day, the scent is so memorable that it could become your signature fragrance - it's that impactful. - eu*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinJan 3, 2024
The fragrance is quite strong... It has a somewhat soft scent, but it's quite intense... The scent is so strong that it might be polarizing. I personally didn't like it. It's so intense that it feels overpowering. The soft milk fragrance is the kind that might make you feel nauseous if you're not feeling well. - sh**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 2, 2023
I received the Matcha 09 scent! My body skin tends to be dry, so I use hand cream daily even outside of winter. I've tried many hand creams over the years. The Round A'round The Perfume Hand Cream has the softest texture of any hand cream I've used! It's like whipped cream~ Some of the oilier hand creams I've tried have a heavy texture and don't spread well. I don't prefer those types, even though they're good for moisturizing and long-lasting effects. But the Round A'round hand cream applies so smoothly and easily - I love this aspect! The fragrance is a woody matcha scent, and it's actually quite strong! It lasts for a long time too. It's not exactly subtle, so I'd recommend testing it in-store first. I personally like matcha scents, so it's fine for me~ But it is strong - like, people next to you on the bus or subway might be able to smell it when you apply it. I did a moisturizing test! Before applying: skin moisture 34%, oil 38%, elasticity 2 out of 5. My hands were probably this dry from doing dishes earlier. After applying: moisture 51%, oil 16%, elasticity 4 out of 5. That's pretty good moisturizing power~ And there's no stickiness, so it's comfortable to use even when doing other tasks. I also like that it comes with a dispenser. It's handy for getting out every last bit of product from tubes like this (I'm not sure of the exact material, but it doesn't seem to be plastic). This would make a great gift for friends - I definitely recommend it! The price is reasonable too. There's nothing particularly negative to say. It applies well and the price is reasonable. I don't have any complaints.
