The scent is absolutely my cup of tea! It seems perfect for those with oily scalps. As someone who wants to eliminate that scalp odor, I highly recommend this! If you have a dry scalp, I'd suggest opting for a gentler product instead. Just make sure to thoroughly rinse out the pretty purple color.

With silicone shampoos, if I didn't apply silicone oil or spray afterwards, my hair would become unmanageably frizzy and curly. But with this, even after just shampooing and not using anything else, my hair felt better when dried. My hair feels unbelievably hydrated... I can't figure out why based on the ingredients alone. The cleansing effectiveness seems pretty good too, though the lather feels a bit weak. To my nose, the scent reminds me of the pink watermelon, melon, and raspberry shampoos I used occasionally as a kid. It's like an upgraded, more sophisticated version of that fragrance. It feels more melon-like and raspberry shampoo-esque than violet-scented. The color is so deep that it creates a slight marbling effect, which looks absolutely gorgeous! There's a slight plastic scent... And depending on your hair type and length, the fragrance isn't very strong and doesn't last long. You'd have to do some serious head banging to realize 'Oh, this is the Daddy-Oh scent'. I think using a silicone-free conditioner would work well with this. I've heard it can also be used as a color-protecting shampoo. Using this shampoo and then applying avocado co-wash on your body feels amazing... - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 12, 2023
It has a delightful violet-like scent. There's a certain joy in using Lush products. I'm not sure about the ingredients, but if it gets in your eyes, it stings terribly. My eyes turn red after shampooing. This product is famous for its lovely scent, which I've been eager to try. The fragrance lingers for a long time. However, it might not be suitable for those with oily hair. The fragrance is quite pleasant and lingers in your hair for a long time, creating a lasting aroma There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It works well when used together with American Cream Try pairing it with American Cream for best results

The scent is lovely and the longevity is top-notch among all Lush products. After washing your hair, the subtle fragrance lingers, noticeable even to others. It lasts quite a while, even for those with long hair. It can be difficult to remove if it splashes on white clothes. It cleanses well and lathers nicely. And let's not even get started on how amazing Lush products smell - that goes without saying! The downside, unfortunately, is the price and ingredients. The cost has gone up quite a bit since last year... Considering the ingredients, I've decided to take a break from it for a while. For best results, thoroughly wet your hair with water, getting into all the nooks and crannies, before applying the shampoo.
