No excess shimmer and it adheres well to the skin. Perhaps that's why I love how it shows up on my complexion. With many shades suitable for everyday wear, I find myself reaching for it often. The downside is that the glitter eyeshadow is so subtle it's barely noticeable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 7, 2021
This palette has slightly vibrant colors that work well for muted skin tones. However, I find myself reaching for it less often than I expected. The darkest shade having shimmer is disappointing. I really need a deep matte brown shadow for blending out eyeliner. - in*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedJan 6, 2021
Please note that cosmetic experiences can vary from person to person, so take this as a reference. My skin type: Sensitive, acne-prone with lots of tiny bumps, and dry. Due to sensitive skin, if base makeup or skincare doesn't suit me, I get itchy, stinging sensations, and redness. Prone to (small bump) acne. Estimated 22 shade with deep undertone / Orange tones don't work for me. This palette seems like a very basic, versatile warm-toned option. Nice! Brush: The included brush isn't the soft, fluffy kind you might expect. It's a bit stiff. The longer side is honestly a bit tricky to use alone, but the shorter side is perfect for applying eyeliner. Color Range: I swear, all warm tones can use this. It's truly versatile from deep undertones to light warm (though for muted tones, the saturation might be a bit much... not sure, but if you want a bright look, it could work!). You can do everything from light to heavy makeup. It has pinks, peaches, browns, red-browns, and various pearls - from glamorous to subtle for aegyo-sal (under-eye area), and even transparent ones. There's nothing you can't use here. It's absolutely fantastic! (Swatches are numbered 1-2-3 from top left) 1. Glamorous gold champagne pearl. Mix of large and small gold & silver particles. A bit intense for aegyo-sal, but great for the eyelid. 2. Matte apricot beige with gold glitter. Looks incredibly pure when applied under the eyes. Totally 👍 3. Champagne shimmer shadow, perfect for aegyo-sal. Gently blend from the center of the aegyo-sal for a gorgeous look... (speechless) 4. Gold-based but not intense, more of a transparent pearl. Mix of gold, pink, and silver particles. Good for a sheer application on aegyo-sal or eyelids. 5. Similar to #2 but with less glitter and pink. Even just this alone makes you look so pure and human-like! It's a common shade but... just beautiful. 6. Pairs well with #5, slightly redder and more toned down. Also absolutely stunning... 7. Deep brown with gold and yellow-green pearls! Great for smudging eyeliner or creating a natural yet impactful line. 8. A basic brown that every warm tone should have. Very everyday, easy to use. Slightly yellow-toned warm brown... perfect for daily use. 9. Reminds me of Etude House's Cafe Latte with extra milk. Good base color for deep undertones to light warm tones. 10. A red-brown that's not too deep or harsh. Another basic, everyday shade. Great for those who usually do chili-toned makeup. When using #7 as eyeliner, there's some fallout from the pearls... But the palette's strengths far outweigh this small drawback. Matte looks: 9+8 / 5+6 (++ use 7 for eyeliner) Most versatile... Honestly, warm tones can't go wrong with any combination in this palette...
