Personally, I found the color to be even prettier than the famous Bear Grape shade. The dryness... I'm not sure if it's because of this, but I suffered from cheilitis. Since it's so well-known, I'm trying to be reasonably skeptical... When comparing this product to other popular options, the color really stood out as more attractive. However, the issue with dryness is concerning, especially if it led to cheilitis (inflammation of the lips). It's important to consider that even widely popular products may not work for everyone's skin type. It's so moisturizing that you don't have to worry about dry, flaky skin. The color is absolutely gorgeous! I'm definitely considering repurchasing. It seems like it would suit everyone, regardless of skin tone. The staying power is pretty good too. Those who don't like sweet scents might want to think twice, as the fragrance is on the sweeter side. As a light summer cool tone, I used to love the Bear Grape shade. But after it was reformulated, I didn't reach for it as much. So I decided to try the Peeling Cherry shade, and wow, it's surprisingly beautiful! I find myself using it all the time now. While the Peeling Cherry has a higher saturation than Bear Grape, making it perfect for cool winter tones, it's still absolutely stunning on us summer cool tones too! It's versatile enough to flatter both. The color is gorgeous, but like most Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tints, it doesn't really stain the lips. If you're looking for something long-lasting, this might disappoint you. If you have cool undertones, this is a universally flattering cool-toned red that works for everyone! The case redesign gets a passing grade for looking more luxurious and cuter than before. However... Rom&nd's product quality always leaves something to be desired. The glow? Even when applied as Rom&nd suggests, it's not particularly pretty and fades quickly. Also, Rom&nd's colors tend to darken without any vibrancy. The combination of color darkening, staining, and disappearing glow means it's not really a pretty tint. Every time I buy from Rom&nd, I find myself vowing it'll be the last time. While the cool-toned red shade is versatile and the packaging has improved, the product itself falls short in terms of performance. The glow effect is underwhelming and short-lived, and the color tends to darken and stain rather than maintain its vibrancy. I'm the type who sticks with one cosmetic product until I get bored of it, so I must have gone through about 5 tubes of the Peeling Angdu! Though I did lose two of those tubes... But even if I lose one, it's so affordable that I don't feel burdened. It's moisturizing and the color payoff is great. If you're looking for a tint that's like tanghulu (candied fruit), Romand tints are the best! Some people have mentioned that the current product is a reformulation of the previous one, and they feel the color has changed. There were also some who didn't recommend it. So while those like me who haven't tried the previous version might be satisfied, those who have used the original formula might find it disappointing in comparison. I've also tried the shade 04 Pig Pig, and it's beautiful for daily wear. The staying power is great and the color payoff isn't bad at all! Even when applied to a bare face, it gives a subtle, fresh-faced look that's quite charming. As a Hwahae Tester, I've found that this tint works hard to provide a beautiful Inner Glow, but it may require frequent reapplication throughout the day. As a moisturizing tint, it applies with a lovely hydrating feel! The color itself is beautiful. The absorption was great. The color turned out pinker than shown on the official website, and it intensified with each layer, becoming darker. I found it a bit too intense for my liking, so when touching up, I remove it first and then reapply. Also, with multiple applications, I occasionally noticed some pilling. As for staying power... I wouldn't say it was particularly impressive. Since I have extremely dry lips, once the moisturizing effect started to fade, I experienced some deep dryness.
