I bought this sunscreen after hearing it doesn't cause acne breakouts from x. Well, this definitely confirmed that while I have sensitive skin, mineral sunscreens just aren't for me. As someone who likes brightening sunscreens, I appreciated how this one made my skin look fair and covered my pores nicely. Whenever I use mineral sunscreens, blemishes pop up all over my jawline. Sure enough, this one caused breakouts too. The scent is like baby powder? It fades over time, but I'm not a fan. If you apply foundation or brightening moisturizer over it, it pills. It claims to be easy to wash off, but I can see it doesn't remove well. After about 2-3 hours, my cheeks feel tight... so dry. When I get that tight feeling, I'm guaranteed to get blemishes. It might be better to apply this on your neck or arms. - my*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMay 18, 2025
Certainly, the sun lotion seems to be moisturizing and lightweight, which is nice. There were no particular disappointments, and I would be happy to buy and use it again next time! - so*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 2, 2024
The absorbs well!! I have oily skin, so it feels a bit rich, but everything I apply tends to feel oily anyway... haha. Interestingly, I usually get blemishes when I use sunscreen, but after trying this low-zinc oxide mineral sunscreen emulsion as recommended, I've been using it for a few months and I'm not sure if it's causing blemishes or not. I still get one or two spots whether I use it or not, and sometimes I get pustules too, so I'm on the fence... but I'm still using it. Remember to shake it before use! Some people say they don't feel like it's shaking, but if you turn it upside down and shake, you can definitely feel it moving. If I find anything disappointing, I'll add it later!! For me personally, it's just that it feels a bit rich? - jj********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedOct 30, 2024
My child can apply and remove it independently, and it seems to wash off easily. Since my child is using it, I'm satisfied just knowing it doesn't cause any blemishes. - am******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 10, 2024
It absorbs well and isn't particularly irritating, but it does contain fragrance. While it's an easy-wash formula, it doesn't provide a complete cleanse with just one wash. - ch********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 31, 2024
The ease of purchasing it anywhere is a big plus! I bought it at Olive Young without any expectations when I needed sunscreen for an impromptu outdoor activity. It's moisturizing, absorbs well, and washes off easily with just soap. It's also convenient to apply on the body, so I often reach for it when getting ready to go out. As it's a daily sunscreen, it washes off easily with water. You'll need to use a different product for water activities. - ba*******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 30, 2024
I've been using this for over a week before applying it to my elementary school-aged son. The texture is thinner than other sunscreens, but it doesn't run. It spreads easily and absorbs well, leaving the skin feeling hydrated. There's almost no white cast, and it doesn't accentuate dead skin cells or clog pores. My skin has been getting dry lately, and using just any mineral sunscreen seemed to dry it out, but this Easy Wash Sun Emulsion was gentle on my skin. The best part is that while it's a mineral sunscreen, it's easy to wash off - no need for double cleansing, which is great! It's hard to double cleanse kids' skin like adults, so being able to remove it with just a foam cleanser is convenient and reassuring. I've heard that too high an SPF can irritate children's skin, so I appreciate that Goongbe made this with SPF 30, showing they really understand and consider young skin. If you're looking for a sunscreen for kids, I highly recommend this Easy Wash Sun Emulsion. You won't regret it! The instructions say to shake before use, but the texture doesn't seem to mix well when shaken. Also, the container is too full to shake properly. It would be better if there was some extra space in the container, like with the Waterful Sun Emulsion. - wi******Normal SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 11, 2024
The absorbs better than typical sunscreen, so I enjoyed using it on both my face and body. While it appears white when rubbing in, it adheres well without leaving a white cast. When I sprayed water on it, I could feel an oil barrier that didn't wash off easily. It's great for outdoor activities too. Despite being labeled 'easy wash', the oil barrier made it difficult to remove. I had to use soap at least twice to get it off. Since I really dislike using soap, I felt like I needed to use a children's cleansing water to remove it properly. - me*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 7, 2024
1. Absorbs well without drying out the skin 2. Cleansing complete with just two applications of the cleansing gel 3. A 'safe ingredient & low-irritation cleansing product' suitable for sensitive skin 4. Covers pores when applied with a puff twice 5. The narrow nozzle tip makes it easy to dot the product directly onto the skin While SPF30 might seem a bit low, it's perfect for indoor use. When going outside, you can layer the Palace Beauty Secret Waterful Sun Emulsion on top for added protection. Just keep in mind that the Waterful Sun Emulsion requires more thorough cleansing than the Easy Wash version. Recommendation: Mix a tiny amount with your cushion foundation for application. Best applied using a spatula and puff. - le*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 1, 2024
The liquid formula often makes it difficult to get the right amount for a single use, but this product allows for easy volume control with just the right pressure, making it effortless for kids to use. As someone who prefers scented products over unscented ones, I absolutely love its cool, refreshing fragrance. After application, there's no sticky feeling or white cast, resulting in a clean application. It feels wonderfully moisturizing too! It seems like it would be beneficial to apply along the hairline as well. It's recommended to shake before use, but the lack of a noticeable sound when shaking makes me wonder if it's mixing properly. With liquid sunscreens, if you don't store them upright after use, they often leave streaks. That's why I always make sure to keep liquid formulas standing up after application.
