Even though it might not completely prevent blemishes, it still gives me a sense of taking care of my skin, which is nice. As for the scent, it does have an alcohol smell, but I personally didn't find it bothersome or off-putting. It's great for quickly calming blemishes on my back. Spraying it after a shower feels refreshingly cool. When you're almost finished with the product, there's so little left that it becomes difficult to spray when you turn the bottle upside down.

The spray power is excellent - it works great even when used upside down. I had high hopes since it worked well on my chest acne years ago and I heard it was reformulated. However, perhaps due to the high concentration of exfoliating ingredients, it's not effective and becomes more irritating with each use.
