I used to use The Face Shop Dr. Belmeur products, but since I live in the western United States, the air is very dry, so I bought and tried this product which is said to be super moisturizing, and the moisture level was indeed incredible! When I used the Dr. Belmeur products, as soon as I finished double cleansing at night, my skin would feel tight as soon as I removed the moisture, but with this product, I didn't have that issue at all!

However, as someone with sensitive, acne-prone, and oily skin, I'm not sure if it was the water here in the US, but after using this cream, my blemishes didn't seem to calm down, so I ended up stopping use after about a week. 😢 My boyfriend, on the other hand, has skin that occasionally gets a pimple or two, and he's been using it well and liking it!

I wouldn't recommend this to those with extremely oily skin! The moisture level is >>>>>>>> the oil level, though there is a tiny bit of oil. This is the third jar of cream I've been using. When my skin feels dull and a bit dry, I apply a generous amount in the evening before bed, and the next day my skin is definitely more supple and glowy.
Cons
If used too frequently, it can cause excess oil production and clogged pores. You'll need to be careful with the amount you use. Also, since it's a large size, you have to be mindful of dust getting in when opening and closing the lid.

First, it covers the skin with an oily feel. It feels like a coating, The moisture lasts until the next morning And the makeup doesn't slide off.
Cons
There is a stinging sensation as soon as I apply it, And the next day, my skin was irritated. Small acne-like bumps started to appear little by little. I think the oiliness is clogging my pores and causing breakouts... but I'm not sure. Even when I use a cream with just a little excess oil, pimples start popping up... and this cream is the same way.. It's gentle and mild. When my skin gets dry in the fall, switching to this moisturizer was just perfect.

The product texture was so pleasing to me.... The price was affordable, so I was tempted to buy it one more time.

This product is recommended for dry or combination skin. There was no skin irritation when using it. Instead, it had a calming effect on blemishes. Although I didn't particularly feel moisturizing benefits when using it in the winter, towards the end of the product, it seemed to be working well. The redness on my cheeks also disappeared.
