It's gentle. You don't need to wash your face with water, and it doesn't leave any residue. When I'm too lazy to wash my face in the morning, I can just wipe it down with this and it's fine.
Cons

I have sensitive skin, so if I use the wrong product, my face can feel hot and flushed. But with this product, I don't experience any itchiness, flushing, or redness after use, and my face feels moisturized - which means it's very gentle.
Cons
Since it's a gentle product, I have to use an eye makeup remover separately and then cleanse with a foam cleanser afterwards. It's a bit of a hassle, but I have to do it since I have sensitive skin.

As this was my first time using a cleansing water, I didn't realize how good it was until I finished an entire bottle and then started using Bioderma, which is more readily available. The Caudalie cleansing water is gentle and great! It effectively cleanses my combination sensitive skin without any irritation, and leaves my skin feeling comfortable without tightness. I usually apply foundation and cushion makeup, and when I wipe it off with a cotton pad, my pores are completely visible, even without washing my face.

You can easily remove even lip and eye makeup. Even eyeliner and mascara. The skin is, of course, not a problem. The feel of use is also clean and good. It's even better because the ingredients are gentle enough to be used as a toner.

Pros
This product may be polarizing, but I really enjoy the scent of this Caudalie product. After using it, my skin feels refreshed and my complexion is improved. Compared to other cleansing waters (like Bioderma and Sensibio), I experienced less irritation. Sensibio, on the other hand, can feel like hell on the eyes when it gets in them. While this product can be used alone without additional water cleansing, I opted to do a water cleanse as well. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized!
Cons
Since this is a water-based product, having to use cotton pads to remove it is quite inconvenient. However, I rarely use it that way (because it's too much of a hassle). Instead, I just dispense some onto my hands and gently rub it in, which was able to mostly remove the lip makeup I had just applied. I'm not sure why, but Caudalie seems to have trouble keeping their larger size products in stock, and they don't always restock them. I used the 100ml bottle, which was quite inconvenient for me.
Tip
Applying the product directly onto my hands, like using a cleansing foam, worked just fine without needing cotton pads. In fact, using cotton pads seemed to be more irritating.

It's not too stimulating I really like the fresh grape fragrance I think the cleansing power is not bad at this level I wipe it off by soaking cotton pads twice

Makeup on the eyes also comes off well, but there is some residue left with waterproof mascara First, remove eye makeup with a lip and eye makeup remover Wiping it off with water feels refreshing and good
