The color payoff is just right, giving a lively look, and the hydration is pleasantly good. It also absorbs well on the skin. While the ingredients list could be better, I didn't experience any blemishes. However, those with super sensitive skin should be cautious. - as******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 26, 2022
The scent isn't really to my taste. It contains shimmer particles. I think the basic Nivea lip balm is better. I used it a lot when I was a student. - la*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 14, 2021
The fragrance is lovely and the color is beautiful. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated after application. The ingredients are a bit disappointing, and the staying power isn't great, so I need to reapply frequently. - ha********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresOct 21, 2020
The scent is pleasantly sweet and fruity. The color is a subtle pink-red that's not overwhelming, giving a natural flush to the lips that enhances your complexion. True to its 'Shine' name, this lip balm has a pearlescent finish. However, it lacks hydration when used alone. It works better layered over tints or other lip products, adding a glossy effect. Unfortunately, the moisture doesn't last long, and once it fades, you're left with just the shimmer on your lips, which looks odd. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 9, 2020
The strawberry scent is absolutely delightful! I love how moisturizing it is, and the hydration lasts for such a long time! Occasionally, it can apply in clumps, which is a bit frustrating. - ea******Normal SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 4, 2020
It's easily accessible and has a subtle tint, making it effortless to apply without any fuss. It doesn't offer much in terms of hydration. Personally, I'm not a fan of the shimmer it contains. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinMar 5, 2019
At first, the color payoff seemed nice and it felt moisturizing Later on, it seemed to cause dead skin cells to build up and didn't feel very hydrating - og****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresJan 27, 2019
It seems to moisturize well. My skin feels hydrated and protected. The scent is really awful. Seriously... the fragrance is the worst... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 20, 2018
This review is after using the entire product. Affordable price, minimum 2500-3000. Scent is sweet like candy. Color is a natural reddish tone. Slightly soothes chapped lips. Ingredients: I used it often as a student, but when I researched them myself, I was shocked. Color: I don't like the shimmer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 6, 2018
First off, it's the classic Nivea... Haha! You can always find one in pharmacies or any store. It's super easy to get, which makes it great for everyday use and perfect for those last-minute purchases. The slight tint is nice for a quick swipe before heading out with a bare face. The color can be both a pro and a con, though. Wait... it's been discontinued? This nostalgic item? That's a bit disappointing... The shimmer is a bit much. If you apply too much, your lips become super sparkly. Was it really necessary to add glitter to a lip product? Also, its hydration power is weaker compared to other lip balms. The Moisture or colorless versions are better for hydration. Don't use this with colored lip products as it can mess up the color payoff. Only use it on a bare face. The ingredients are also quite subpar. The taste is odd, and the scent is an artificial strawberry... Ugh, not my cup of tea. Only use on a bare face
