I love that it comes in a large size! The scent is pleasant, and the price is really reasonable. Unfortunately, after cleansing, my skin doesn't feel hydrated at all and there's a tight feeling. I think this would work well for all skin types except extremely dry skin. It's my holy grail foam cleanser. There's no strong scent, and after washing, my face feels incredibly clean. I even notice my complexion looks a bit brighter! There's really nothing bad to say, but if I had to pick something, maybe a slight tightness after use? The cleansing effectiveness of this product is truly impressive! It removes all traces of eyeshadow and eyeliner, and I think it even has a subtle brightening effect on the skin. It leaves my skin feeling slightly tight (I have normal skin). Also, it doesn't make acne disappear. First off, I loved the scent! As someone with super sensitive skin, I noticed a reduction in blemishes after switching to this. The cleansing effectiveness is definitely above average. Well... it was just a regular cleansing foam. I don't have much else to say about it. As soon as I switched to this cleansing foam, my skin became red and my blemishes got worse. That's why I don't recommend it. I stopped using it immediately, so it didn't get too bad, but the redness is still there. My skin feels worse now... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 29, 2017
You absolutely must try this product! It's incredibly gentle on the skin. Even though my skin wasn't particularly bad before, using this makes it feel less oily and wonderfully fresh. There aren't really any downsides, but remember that finding the right cleanser for your skin is crucial. Do your research before purchasing! I'm also using Migansui's cleansing cream. After applying the cleansing cream, I wipe it off with a tissue and then use this foam cleanser. A truly famous product that's also quite polarizing among The Hwahae Testers I strongly advise against this for oily skin types. I have combination dehydrated skin that's prone to oily patches. While I rarely get blemishes except when I'm unwell, I do struggle with acne scars. My skin is dry underneath but tends to produce excess oil on the surface, so foam cleansers are crucial for me. Unfortunately, The Face Shop's foam cleanser seems to have a high concentration of acid ingredients near the top of the list. These ingredients can be really problematic for oily skin types prone to clogged pores. Both this and their Fresh Herb Cleanser available online have similar formulations, and both left me with nothing but millet-like bumps all over my face. If your skin doesn't agree with acid ingredients, this product could be your ticket to a life full of tiny bumps. I really can't recommend this for people with skin like mine. This product is truly amazing! I have super sensitive skin that reacts badly to the wrong cosmetics, but this one actually calmed my skin down. I'm so impressed! The foam is gentle and cleanses effectively. It's perfect for your second cleanse. Honestly, this is the first time I've ever been this excited about a foam cleanser! There's really nothing bad to say! If I had to nitpick, those who are sensitive to fragrances might find the scent a tiny bit off-putting, but that's about it.

While it doesn't dramatically improve my skin, it doesn't cause any blemishes or irritation either. I'm already on my second bottle. My skin has been so reactive to cosmetics lately that I've been scared to try new products, but I'm using this one very comfortably. It meets the two main criteria I look for in a cleansing foam: effective cleansing and being non-irritating. I'm really happy it satisfies both. There's nothing particularly bad to mention. It says 'Bright' on the label, but I'm not sure if it actually brightens my skin. My complexion seems a bit lighter these days, but I can't tell if it's because of this product, other skincare items, or just because the days are getting shorter.
