I've tried various mists, but this one offers the best value for money so far! The scent is a subtle rose fragrance, and it sprays like a fine mist, so it doesn't ruin your makeup. As someone with dry skin, I use it even without makeup when my skin feels parched. It hydrates well and absorbs quickly! Unlike some mists that can irritate or cause swelling around the eyes when particles get in, this one doesn't cause any issues, which is great. After spraying, it leaves a slightly tacky feeling on the skin, which might not be ideal for sticky summer days. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2020
I don't get any acne or blemishes on my face, but I have super sensitive skin that's extremely dry with severe redness. So I decided to buy this product to properly take care of my skin. In the evenings, I use a mask daily and run a humidifier, so I don't feel dry. However, during the day, I feel a bit of dryness, so I frequently spray the Mistian Essence Mist, and it's definitely great. I can't use regular thermal water mists because they make my skin dry, but this product feels moisturizing when sprayed, and when I touch my skin, it's actually quite hydrated. The rose scent is really lovely, and it feels cool when sprayed, which seems to lower my skin temperature. I'm really satisfied with it. I don't really have any complaints, but I would recommend that people with oily skin or those who are prone to acne avoid using this. For those with oily skin, it might make your face extremely shiny, and similarly, it probably won't be very effective for those with acne. I would recommend this to people with very dry skin. I spray it when I feel dry during the day. From my personal experiments on my face, I've found that patting it in with your hands after spraying actually makes it drier. If you leave it as is after spraying, it moisturizes well and seems to slightly lower the temperature of your face. - so*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 14, 2020
The mist sprays on finely and isn't sticky, making it perfect for multiple applications throughout the day Apart from being a bit pricier compared to other products, there's really nothing to complain about - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 9, 2020
First off, I absolutely loved that it's fragrance-free, which is perfect for someone like me with scent sensitivities. As someone with oily skin, I really appreciate lightweight products, and this one felt incredibly light with no rich feeling at all when I sprayed it on. I was extremely satisfied with that. It might be too lightweight to maintain hydration on its own, so you can't rely solely on this mist for moisture. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 31, 2020
This is my absolute top pick for mists! When I first didn't know much about facial mists, I used those famous thermal water sprays. But I learned that overusing mists can actually make your skin lose moisture. Those plain water-like thermal sprays feel refreshing at first, but leave my skin feeling tight after a while. I thought a mist with essence might be more hydrating, so I bought this one - and I'm 100% satisfied! The Misteen's spray is a fine mist, no need to even mention it. In winter when my skin gets dry, I spray this on as the final step after doing my makeup. Even on days when my makeup isn't sitting well, if I spray this on, it suddenly makes everything adhere perfectly. I love how it's a fine mist and keeps my skin hydrated, plus it helps my makeup look better. In winter, I always make sure to spray this on as the last step! I've gone through several bottles of this mist. I'm not sure why it's 12,500 won online and on Hwahae, because it's always been 18,000 won at Olive Young. This mist rarely goes on sale, and lately I've noticed it's not being sold much at Olive Young anymore. I suppose I could buy it online, but I'm worried it might be discontinued... It really helps makeup adhere well when sprayed on after application. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 23, 2019
I bought this mist because I was too lazy for a full skincare routine, but it's amazing how well it works on its own! The hydration is top-notch. I hate heavy, oily feelings, but this provides just the right amount of moisture, leaving my skin feeling firm and supple. It's become my favorite mist! The scent is a subtle rose that's not overpowering at all - it's actually quite refreshing. The fine mist spray feels gentle on the skin, and the moisturizing effect lasts so long that you don't need to reapply often. The bottle is generously sized, so I'll definitely repurchase. Also, I have acne-prone, sensitive skin, but this didn't cause any blemishes at all. I wish it came in a larger size! The ingredients list could be a bit better, but it doesn't really bother me. With cosmetics, I think it's all about finding what works for you. For better absorption, try spraying it on and then gently patting it in with a silicone puff. - ja*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedNov 26, 2019
First off, it's incredibly hydrating and absorbs well! It's not oily either. With its cooling effect and moisturizing properties, I find myself spritzing it several times a day at the office. It transforms dry skin into a glowing, hydrated complexion. The subtle rose scent is lovely too! The ingredients could be better. With so many products boasting great formulations these days, it's hard not to feel a bit disappointed about the inclusion of PEG and phenoxyethanol. Also, while it's supposed to be a fine mist spray, it sometimes comes out in larger droplets that splash on my face, unlike when I first started using it. Compared to the CNP Propolis mist, this one's spray isn't quite as fine. That said, apart from these issues, I have zero complaints. I snagged it on sale at Olive Young for a great price, and overall, I'm very satisfied with this mist. It's perfect for frequent spritzing at the office. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 30, 2019
It's moisturizing and has a smooth, even texture. Seems pretty good to me! I can't think of any downsides yet. I'm really enjoying how hydrating it is. It's great to use both before makeup and after, whenever my skin feels dry. I just spritz it on. - e0*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 30, 2019
This is a product I've used frequently. It's incredibly gentle and non-irritating, so it's great to spritz on whenever I think of it. While it's gentle, the hydration doesn't last long, leaving my face prone to dryness. - py****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 21, 2019
It sprays evenly all over the face. The large volume means it lasts a long time, and the scent is pleasant too. It doesn't absorb well into cotton pads, making it difficult to use as a skin pack. For best results, evenly apply and let it absorb all over your face before your skincare routine, then follow up with your toner.
