The pomegranate flavor makes it even more palatable. Being low molecular weight at 1000 Da, it's easily absorbed by the body. It's convenient to take one to work and consume while working. Although eating collagen for just a month won't show noticeable changes, it feels good. I'm considering purchasing more. The taste is good and the quantity is just right, so I don't have any particular complaints. I was pleasantly surprised to find it even contains Vitamin C. There aren't really any special tips for eating collagen jelly.
