I haven't tried it, but looking at the ingredients, it's just oil. Without an emulsifying agent, it won't dissolve in water, so the oil will just sit on your skin. It doesn't seem that great. What's the difference between using this and just applying extra virgin olive oil from the kitchen? No emulsifying properties. It might be better suited for skin massage. I'm writing this because it's unfortunate that it's not suitable as a cleansing product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 15, 2016
The ingredients are excellent and it cleanses well. I love how effectively it removes makeup residue! The oil doesn't rinse off with water, so you need to use a sponge to remove it. It's very inconvenient. Even if you rinse and dry the sponge thoroughly, the oil doesn't completely wash off with water, making it hard to clean the sponge properly. This leaves both the sponge and your skin feeling a bit uncomfortable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 25, 2016
A major advantage is that it effectively removes waterproof mascara and eyeliner. I used this as my first cleansing oil, not realizing that some cleansing oils emulsify with water. This product doesn't emulsify. It's a bit inconvenient as you have to apply the oil to your face, massage your eyes and lips, and then wipe it off with a damp sponge or cloth. Apply the oil to your face and massage it in. Then, use a damp sponge or cloth to wipe it off. Follow up with a gentle foam cleanser for a perfect cleansing routine. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 24, 2016
It feels like it's removing dead skin cells and excess sebum. Since I started using this for cleansing, I haven't needed to use pore strips anymore. Perhaps due to its oily nature, there's a lingering oily residue even after double cleansing. While it works well for my extremely dry skin, it might not be suitable for those with oily skin types. Instead of using it just for cleansing, I also use it as a massage cream in the morning when my skin feels dehydrated and dull. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 17, 2015
At first, I thought I was getting blemishes, but it turned out I was using a green tea soap for my second cleanse that didn't agree with my skin. My skin has become much firmer and softer. It cleanses thoroughly and feels great. Above all, it's so gentle on the skin! There's nothing particularly bad. Maybe a slight medicinal scent towards the end of use, but that's about it. A konjac sponge is a must-have! Also, make sure to massage it in for a while. Don't forget to double cleanse - it's essential! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 8, 2015
When you massage while removing makeup, it eliminates blackheads and especially pulls out whiteheads. I love how it removes sebum clumps. Being an oil cleanser, it doesn't leave your skin feeling tight after washing, but keeps it hydrated. The oil doesn't rinse off easily with water. At first, I had to wipe it off separately with a sponge and then use a foam cleanser. But after using it for a while, I found that double cleansing with foam about twice works fine. This method removes it well enough. Massage for about 10 minutes (helps remove whiteheads). Double cleanse (use lukewarm water for the first cleanse to remove the oil effectively. The key is to create lots of foam when washing!) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 10, 2015
It's so gentle that it doesn't hurt even if it gets in your eyes, and it removes makeup easily! It seems incredibly mild! It feels a bit heavier than other products when rubbing it in, as it's quite rich in texture I find it convenient to cleanse by first dissolving my makeup with this oil, then wiping it off with a cotton pad before washing my face - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 31, 2014
It removes even heavy eye makeup in one go. I thought it might lack cleansing power because it's gentle, but wow, it's no joke! Highly recommended for dry skin. It feels like oil is floating all over my face. No matter how much I wash, the oily feeling just won't go away. A cleansing sponge is an absolute must with this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 6, 2014
The ingredients are gentle, so it's suitable for sensitive skin. When rinsing with water, it feels slippery and doesn't seem to emulsify well. It's better to use a sponge to wash it off. - nj*****Combination SkinAcne SkinJun 4, 2014
The biggest advantage is that it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients for the skin! The scent isn't too strong either, so it's not overwhelming. When rinsing with water, it feels slippery... I had a slight thought of 'Am I actually washing it off?' Other products I usually use change the water color to milky white when rinsing, but this one doesn't. Even after rinsing completely, my face still feels slick. I think I'll need to keep using it to see how it goes!
