  I purchased this product because I liked that it's free from harmful ingredients. Perhaps due to the absence of excessive cleansing, my scalp feels less dry than usual. When I examine the hair that falls out after brushing, it seems like I'm losing less hair compared to before using this product.

  Cons

  There's more tangling compared to regular shampoos. If you try to eliminate the tangling by using more product, you end up using it quite generously.

  The ingredients are great! It doesn't seem to irritate my scalp much, and since I started using this shampoo, I can't go back to the ones sold in supermarkets - you know, those with strong fragrances and artificial colors. I'm continuing to use this one.

  Cons

  At first, it didn't lather much and I thought it had less fragrance than what I was used to. But once I got accustomed to it, I really like it. The scent is subtle and pleasant. After using this, when I try other shampoos, their lather and fragrance seem overwhelming!
