It's gentle and nice. It lathers up better than I expected. I haven't found any drawbacks yet. The scent isn't too strong. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 28, 2016
It's so gentle that it doesn't make my scalp itchy, and the fragrance is lovely It doesn't remove scalp oils very well, so I wouldn't recommend it for people whose hair gets greasy easily - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinSep 6, 2016
It's pretty decent. I used it better than I expected. I was hesitant because it's a brand shampoo, thinking the ingredients might not be gentle. But it turns out to be good value for money and quite nice. Those with sensitive skin might experience some itching when using this. If you're looking for something affordable and cost-effective, there are some trade-offs to consider. Give it a try and see for yourself. - go*********Normal SkinAug 15, 2016
I tried this shampoo from iCOOP a while back. Even though I usually wash my hair every other day, with this one I found myself needing to wash daily. It's definitely gentle enough for kids. However, I missed that squeaky-clean feeling, so I switched to Haeul from Chorok Market. I've used various anti-hair loss and gentle shampoos, but I'd recommend this one as an excellent choice for children. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 13, 2016
My child's scalp suddenly developed a lot of dead skin cells, so I decided to try this. The scalp visibly became much cleaner. There's not really anything disappointing about it. If I had to nitpick, I suppose I could say the packaging design is a bit underwhelming... - so******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinJul 27, 2016
The ingredients are excellent. It lathers up nicely. Is it just me? My seborrheic dermatitis was almost healed, but it got worse after using this. My scalp is now flaky, itchy, and when I scratch, circular red patches appear. It seems that even good ingredients aren't always beneficial. I've tried various shampoos like Aubrey Desert Rush, but finding the right one is really challenging. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 2, 2016
I purchased this product because I liked that it's free from harmful ingredients. Perhaps due to the absence of excessive cleansing, my scalp feels less dry than usual. When I examine the hair that falls out after brushing, it seems like I'm losing less hair compared to before using this product. There's more tangling compared to regular shampoos. If you try to eliminate the tangling by using more product, you end up using it quite generously. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJun 20, 2016
I really appreciate that this product doesn't contain any harmful ingredients, so I can use it with peace of mind. Now that summer's here, the scent quickly fades with sweat, and it lacks that satisfying squeaky-clean feeling. I'd recommend using this product in seasons other than summer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 3, 2016
For about a month, my hair felt stiff, but after that it was fine You must use conditioner along with it for your hair to become soft - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 1, 2016
The gentle ingredients give me peace of mind, so the whole family, including my child, uses this product together. The scent is not pleasant, and it doesn't lather much, so I need to shampoo about two more times. Also, after rinsing, my hair feels stiff and rough. I recommend purchasing the conditioner from Natural Dream along with this shampoo.
