I didn't really feel it for about 2 weeks. Since it coincided with my menstrual period, I thought my skin got worse because of that, but even after my period ended, my skin condition was still poor, and I wondered if it was because of this product. I only used this product and slept, but it got even worse. Especially on my forehead, there was a 'pimple bomb'... There were so many small pimples on my forehead that it was really hard to get rid of them. The name is a soothing cream, but the texture is thick and has more oil than moisture. Even Physiogel has a lot of oil, but it didn't feel stuffy. But this one made my skin feel really stuffy. After applying it, it also feels itchy. Anyway, it really doesn't suit me. I'm using the Claire's toner and it's great! The toner has a lot of product, so I'm on my second bottle and the cream is now my third bottle. The toner has a lot of moisture, but it doesn't last too long, so it absorbs quickly and I apply the cream right after. The moisturizer I used before sometimes felt a bit heavy when applying makeup, but this one doesn't have that issue.
Cons
It was fine for me since I have combination skin, but for those with oily skin, it might feel a bit greasy.

This is a moisturizing cream that I've been using for several years:) While it has improved a lot now, until about 2 years ago, I was struggling with acne, so I found this product while looking for a gentle moisturizing cream. It doesn't cause any more acne breakouts, absorbs well into the skin, and has good moisturizing power, so I've been using it well up until now. It doesn't feel heavy or greasy when applied before makeup either~ It's my holy grail product! For reference, I have sensitive, dehydrated, oily skin that tends to have the occasional blemish.

I've had to discard many creams because my sensitive skin kept breaking out. This cream is one of the few that I can use with confidence. I've repurchased it 3 times and plan to continue using it. The moisturizing power is great - I apply a generous amount before bed in the winter, and my face feels hydrated in the morning.

This has been a product I've used for a very long time! I think I've used it for about 4 years? I must have bought dozens of bottles. Anyway, my skin type has completely changed now so I don't use it anymore, but I feel like it was really gentle and had decent moisturizing power. My careless boyfriend... he only uses the toner and his pores get clogged, so I gave it to him to try and his pores got cleared out and he actually has better skin than me... He's been using it for a few years now and he has oily skin. Now he doesn't even use the toner anymore, he just uses this one product for cleansing, and it feels like he's using just a tiny bit. I've realized that the less skincare products you use, the better it is for your skin. Anyway, it's a gentle and good product!
