I didn't really feel it for about 2 weeks. Since it coincided with my menstrual period, I thought my skin got worse because of that, but even after my period ended, my skin condition was still poor, and I wondered if it was because of this product. I only used this product and slept, but it got even worse. Especially on my forehead, there was a 'pimple bomb'... There were so many small pimples on my forehead that it was really hard to get rid of them. The name is a soothing cream, but the texture is thick and has more oil than moisture. Even Physiogel has a lot of oil, but it didn't feel stuffy. But this one made my skin feel really stuffy. After applying it, it also feels itchy. Anyway, it really doesn't suit me. The Claire's pack was the same, and this one too. I really don't suit them, so I don't have much trust in the brand, and I bought it after watching YouTube, but it seems that basic skincare is really case-by-case.

When I applied it on the back of my hand, it felt moisturizing and not too oily...it spread well and absorbed nicely...there was no dry or tight feeling after application.
Cons
But it didn't work for my skin...it caused a huge breakout of milia.
Tip

Pros
I've never come across a cream that fits me as well as this one. My skin is too thin and sensitive, so I couldn't find the right cream. But I remember using this well last fall and winter. And it has a soothing effect. Maybe because it's so moisturizing, my redness subsides a bit after applying it (not completely though, haha).
Cons
Looking at the ingredients, it doesn't seem like the ingredients are as gentle as you'd expect from a natural cosmetic product. And I've heard that lavender oil isn't good for sensitive skin, but it's in almost all of the Klairs products, which is a bit of a disappointment. But since I couldn't find anything else that fits me as well, I just use it... In the fall and winter when my skin was dry, it worked well, and even now during the transitional season, it works well when I apply it only to the dry areas. However, I'm worried it might not work as well in the summer when my skin is combination with an oily T-zone. It's not an overly oily product, but it does have some oil content. Oh, and while it works well on my skin, for some reason, it causes these small, non-poppable bumps around my temples. So I avoid applying it there.
Tip
In conclusion, I think this would be good for those with very sensitive skin, dry skin, or combination skin that's a bit dry in some areas. As someone with very sensitive skin, I was able to use this without any major issues!

The good thing was that the price was affordable... I bought it because I got tired of using the old one, and the affordable price made it easy to purchase.
Cons
Worst. It doesn't suit me at all. I thought I'd use it for a month, but after just a little over a week, it caused acne and left scars on my face. My sister is using the same product, and she's doing fine with it... It seems like it's just not the right product for me.

I'm really suffering from contact dermatitis and eczema after using this... I wonder why it's causing me such a big trial when everyone says it's good?
