Unfortunately, when I apply sunscreen or base makeup over this product, it tends to pill quite a bit, which is disappointing.

As someone with sensitive, acne-prone skin, I found this toner to be wonderfully gentle without any irritation. While it's not a miracle worker, I believe consistent use will lead to more hydrated skin over time.

When I ran out of toner for a bit, I borrowed some from my mom's vanity. It was really convenient and easy to use.

Incredible hydration. When my skin suddenly became acne-prone during my senior year of high school, I bought this thermal water toner. After using it, my dead skin cells disappeared and my blemishes subsided. I've been using it consistently for two years now.

It's not easy to purchase. It seems you can't buy it online anymore.

It's gentle on the skin with no stickiness, making it comfortable to use even in summer.

For stubborn eye and lip makeup, first remove it separately. Then, apply the product to a cotton pad and gently cleanse your face. This method ensures a thorough cleanse without irritating your skin.

Even though it's a cleansing water and comes in a 300ml bottle, it runs out faster than you'd expect.

Before using this product, I used to rely on oil cleansers. However, when my skin started acting up, I switched to lighter water-based products. That's when I stumbled upon this gem. It's refreshingly light yet deeply hydrating - absolutely amazing! It's like discovering a whole new world of skincare! My mom tried it once and fell in love too. Now she's become a total devotee of this product!

I bought this for exfoliation purposes, expecting it to remove dead skin cells, but it didn't feel like it was doing much. It's too watery to be called a toner. It doesn't really help soften dead skin cells on areas like the nose.

I wouldn't recommend this as a cleansing toner, but I highly suggest decanting it into a spray bottle and using it as a mist.

Is this the same as the hot spring water emulsion? After applying this and then sunscreen or BB cream, I experienced pilling for the first time ever... While it's moisturizing, the pilling is really not good.

Since I have combination-to-dry skin, I really felt my skin become much more hydrated after using this! The texture isn't like running water, but more like a slightly viscous... mucus? It absorbs well and the amount is just right! I was going to buy the glacier water line, but it's been so dry lately that I got this instead. This product is definitely worth using!

I think those with dry skin might actually find it lacks sufficient hydration.
