As someone with sensitive, acne-prone skin, I found this toner to be wonderfully gentle without any irritation. While it's not a miracle worker, I believe consistent use will lead to more hydrated skin over time. Unfortunately, when I apply sunscreen or base makeup over this product, it tends to pill quite a bit, which is disappointing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 1, 2017
When I ran out of toner for a bit, I borrowed some from my mom's vanity. It was really convenient and easy to use. It's just convenient to use, but I didn't notice any improvement in my skin at all. It's literally just a toner, nothing more! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinMar 5, 2016
Genuinely gentle and excellent for cleansing. While it doesn't provide hydration, it's perfect for the third step in your cleansing routine. I'm puzzled as to why they discontinued it... If there's a downside, it's the complete lack of moisturizing properties. But more importantly, please bring it back into production! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 23, 2015
The thermal spring water is fantastic! It absorbs well and is perfect as a toner. It's a bit disappointing that you need to dispense it carefully. It seems to run down the sides more than it should. - gi******Combination SkinSensitive SkinOct 10, 2015
Incredible hydration. When my skin suddenly became acne-prone during my senior year of high school, I bought this thermal water toner. After using it, my dead skin cells disappeared and my blemishes subsided. I've been using it consistently for two years now. I hope it hasn't been discontinued. I can't find it anywhere in stores... It's disheartening. After cleansing, pat it on two or three times and your face becomes wonderfully moisturized. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAug 13, 2015
It's gentle on the skin with no stickiness, making it comfortable to use even in summer. It's not easy to purchase. It seems you can't buy it online anymore. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 1, 2015
Before using this product, I used to rely on oil cleansers. However, when my skin started acting up, I switched to lighter water-based products. That's when I stumbled upon this gem. It's refreshingly light yet deeply hydrating - absolutely amazing! It's like discovering a whole new world of skincare! My mom tried it once and fell in love too. Now she's become a total devotee of this product! Even though it's a cleansing water and comes in a 300ml bottle, it runs out faster than you'd expect. For stubborn eye and lip makeup, first remove it separately. Then, apply the product to a cotton pad and gently cleanse your face. This method ensures a thorough cleanse without irritating your skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 16, 2015
I wouldn't recommend this as a cleansing toner, but I highly suggest decanting it into a spray bottle and using it as a mist. I bought this for exfoliation purposes, expecting it to remove dead skin cells, but it didn't feel like it was doing much. It's too watery to be called a toner. It doesn't really help soften dead skin cells on areas like the nose. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinJun 11, 2015
It seems to have performed its role as a toner adequately. Since I don't have super sensitive skin, I didn't experience much irritation. It was just so mediocre that I can't say it was particularly impressive. Nothing to add. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 11, 2015
I've used over 4 bottles, applying it with cotton pads. It's great - generous amount, affordable, and simply awesome. They say you don't need expensive toners. Even when not using cotton pads, the hot spring water line provides excellent hydration. While it's good as a cleansing toner, it lacks the specialized functions of trendy first-step skincare products. They say you don't need pricey toners, especially for cleansing. This is the most affordable with the largest quantity among drugstore brands. It's also versatile - you can use it generously in DIY sheet masks instead of water. It's a great, easy-to-use toner for everyday skincare.
