What I loved: Hydration: Incredibly moisturizing! So good I could cry. You can use this alone even in winter! Skin improvement: This speaks for itself. I was born with rough skin, but this made it silky smooth! My skin was completely irritated from wearing masks, but after applying this about 5 times, my skin improved dramatically! However, using too much can make skin oily - I'll explain more in the cons section. Gentleness: Truly gentle. I've been using it on my body and face from age 2 to 14 without any blemishes. I even accidentally ate some at 6 or 7 and was fine!
ConsWhat could be better: While it's fine for the body, using too much on the face can make it a bit oily. You can solve this by gently pressing a single-ply facial tissue on your face. Why did Logona stop selling in Korea? I can't live without it!
TipPro tip: On days when your skin is irritated, apply 3-5 thick layers!

The hydration level is quite good, making it great for moisturizing.
ConsThere's a slight oily feeling that's noticeable. My older child actually dislikes this scent.
TipI bought jojoba oil separately and added it for extra nourishment.

It seems to supply both oil and moisture balance. When applied to a baby, the scent is so pleasant that you can't help but keep sniffing. I didn't realize it contained fragrance ingredients. Still, my 4-year-old niece has been using it since she was a newborn without any issues.
ConsIt leaves a bit of a rich feeling on the skin. I tested it on my dry face, and there was a slight deep dryness. However, when applied to my arms, it felt moisturizing and fine without any tightness.

The emulsion we were using couldn't control it. So, I decided to try a sample from the Logona brand that was in the baby box I received during pregnancy. Unlike the previous emulsion, this one felt more moisturizing and showed some improvement, so I immediately purchased it during a sale. As soon as I received it, I tested it on myself first. My skin felt plump for a long time, confirming its effective oil and moisture balance. I've been applying it to my baby, and the eczema has definitely improved. The baby's skin is gradually getting better. This is only our second emulsion for the baby, so I can only compare it to the previous one, but it's certainly more effective for baby eczema.
ConsWhen I applied it to myself, the plump feeling lasted for a long time, indicating a definite coating effect, but it feels a bit heavy. There's some shine, and it doesn't absorb very well - it feels quite rich in oils. The fragrance is also too strong. They claim it's a natural vanilla bean extract scent, but I noticed fragrance is listed in the ingredients here. I'm not sure if it's the same or different, but there seems to be a discrepancy between the company's advertising and the ingredient analysis on the Hwahae app. I'm personally curious about this and would appreciate an explanation from the company on this matter.
TipFor the face, I apply it after a soothing gel, and for the body, I mix it with Logona jojoba oil. This combination has helped with body dryness. The emulsion alone seems to maintain moisture, but if you're dealing with severe dryness and eczema, try applying them together. Also, when you first use it, small bumps might appear. This happened to our baby, but after pausing and slowly reintroducing it, the bumps didn't return, and we saw positive results. It seems like you need to let the skin adapt gradually.

The scent is like baby powder! People say when you apply it and go out, you smell like a sweet baby! The texture is almost like water, but it's incredibly rich, so I've never felt dry using it. I use it as an eye cream substitute... The reason is below...
ConsIt's very oily. The product itself is oily, and over time it seems to attract more oil. I've developed a lot of blackheads... When I applied it on my back, I got a big blemish. Because it's so rich, I thought it might be good for the eye area, so I use it as an eye cream substitute.

The scent is close to that of a baby's fragrance.
ConsI bought this because my baby's face developed blemishes, and I thought the atopy line would be beneficial. However, the blemishes actually got worse. It felt too rich for my liking. While it might suit dry baby skin, it didn't work for us. I ended up using it as my own hand cream. The price also seems a bit steep.

Other emulsions are mostly hydrating, so I always had to apply extra oil or mix it in for my child's dry skin. However, this product has a good amount of richness, so I don't need to use additional oil.
ConsI've noticed some people dislike the rich texture, saying it feels sticky. Also, it has a strong scent. It smells like chocolate vanilla, which might not suit those who prefer fragrance-free products.

My child has dry skin, so I apply it frequently, and the moisturizing effect is impressively long-lasting.
ConsIt's not cheap, and when used on the face, it seems to cause small bumps like millet seeds, probably due to its richness. So I'm only using it on my body.

Looking at the ingredients, it's packed with everything good for moisturizing. It leaves your skin feeling so wonderfully damp (the cream version is even more hydrating, by the way!). I bought it to try on my blemishes, but it was too rich for that purpose. However, it worked wonders on my body skin. It's truly the king of winter moisturizers. I'm even considering repurchasing this once I finish my current emulsion.
ConsIt might cause blemishes on adult faces due to its rich texture. If you do use it on your face, use only a tiny amount! The price is quite steep, which can be a burden. Consider buying package deals or during sale periods on their website for better value. The fragrance might be hit or miss for some. Personally, I enjoyed the unique scent (I'm a fan of unusual fragrances).

Compared to similar products, it absorbs well, and for those with extremely dry skin like mine, it provides a decent level of hydration. Of course, in the depths of winter, I mix it with oil for body application. The scent is quite strong, but as someone who regularly uses intensely fragranced products like Nuxe or Caudalie, I can tolerate it. For my very dry skin, it absorbs without any stickiness and doesn't leave a greasy sheen after application. However, it's a product that leans more towards being rich rather than hydrating. With ingredients like almond oil, jojoba oil, and shea butter, I expected excellent moisturization, but for those with very dry skin, it falls a bit short. There's a slight sensation of tightness after application.
ConsIt's a shame there wasn't a seal on the container opening. The fragrance seems unnecessary and might be off-putting to some. The strong scent could be polarizing. Due to its rich nature, those with oily skin might find it greasy or sticky.
TipI apply it quickly after showering while my skin is still slightly damp. For areas like elbows, anklebones, knees, and hips, I mix it with oil for extra nourishment. These parts tend to be drier and more exposed, so I pay special attention and apply generously. I also use it like a hand cream, reapplying frequently after washing my hands.
