Pros
The baby started having skin irritation around 50 days old, and the lotion I was using couldn't manage it. So I thought I'd try one of the samples that came in the baby box during my pregnancy, and if it worked well for the baby, I'd buy it. There was a logo and sample, so I gave it a try. Unlike the previous lotion, this one felt more moisturizing and I noticed some changes, so I bought it during a sale. As soon as I received it, I tried it on myself first and found that it kept my skin feeling plump for a long time, so I knew the moisture and oil balance was good, and I've been applying it to the baby. The skin irritation has definitely improved, and the baby's condition is gradually getting better. This is the second lotion we've tried, so I don't have much to compare it to, but it's definitely more effective for the baby's skin irritation than the previous one.
Cons
When I tried it, it did have a plump, coated feel that lasted a long time, but it also felt a bit heavy. There was a bit of a greasy feel, and it didn't absorb super quickly, but it had a rich, oily kind of sensation. The fragrance is also quite strong. It says the fragrance is from natural vanilla bean extract, but the ingredient list shows fragrance was added. I'm not sure if the natural vanilla and the added fragrance are the same thing. Tip
I apply the face gel first, and then mix the Logona brand with some Hohoba seed oil for my body. This helps manage the dryness and skin irritation. Just using the lotion alone seems to maintain the condition, but if the dryness and irritation are severe, applying the mixed oils helps. Also, when you first start using it, small bumps may come up. My baby had that too, but after using it a bit more, the bumps didn't come back, and I saw the effects. It seems you need to slowly introduce it and let the skin adapt.

I've tried various products, but this one is the best, so I've settled on it. I've been using it since last fall or winter. After applying this and going to sleep, my skin is calmer the next day. I also don't scratch during sleep.
