I've been using this for years, so many bottles I've lost count. It's gentle, lathers well, and I love it. Despite being incredibly mild, it still cleanses effectively. There's nothing to complain about. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight, and it rinses off well without leaving any foam or makeup residue. Since I first started using it, on days when I wear makeup, I've always used Uriage cleansing water first before this cleanser, so I can't speak to how it performs alone on full makeup. However, it works great in combination with the cleansing water. Can be used all over the body. Leaves skin soft and hydrated. Can even substitute for shampoo. I suspect it might be slightly acidic, but it would be great if someone could test that. I've been using it consistently for 1-2 years. No downsides to speak of... Even if I try to find something... there's nothing... - As someone who doesn't wear makeup often, regular cleansing products usually leave my face feeling extremely dry and tight. However, with this one, I don't experience that dryness, which is great. - The enormous size is impressive - it seems to last forever no matter how much I use! I didn't realize it at first, but there are four potentially harmful ingredients in this... I felt it was so gentle while using it, but now I feel a bit betrayed by the ingredient list! It's great for morning cleansing as it's light and gentle. If you want an even softer experience, try using it with a foam net. It's great that it comes in a larger size, making it convenient for quick morning cleansing. After washing, there's no unpleasant feeling like tightness or discomfort. While the ingredients could be better, I'm still using it without any special issues despite having blemish-prone skin. However, if you dislike the scent and texture that's somewhat reminiscent of dish soap, you might want to skip this one. After using it, I love that it doesn't feel tight and has a silky smooth texture! I was so satisfied that I went through three 1-liter bottles. It's easy to use and not irritating, so I kept using it. But then I noticed the ingredients aren't great. Why is that, I wonder? It doesn't lather well... It's so gentle, which I love! When using your hands, it doesn't lather much, but with a bubble maker? Oh my, it creates the softest, fluffiest foam! It's perfect for morning cleansing, and personally, I use it for a second cleanse after removing my makeup. The only downside is that it doesn't lather well when you try to foam it directly in your hands... (But that's not an issue at all if you have a bubble maker! The cleansing effectiveness is great! You get a generous amount for the price, and it's not harsh on the skin. It's perfect for everyday use! Be careful when using it around your eyes. Less dryness after cleansing. Even when my skin isn't at its best, this cleanser rarely causes irritation, unlike others that can make my face feel 'turned inside out'. Sometimes I wonder if it's really cleansing effectively.
