A few years ago, my skin started flipping over every time the season changed. At first, I didn't know the cause, so I tried changing everything from cosmetics to water, but nothing worked.ㅠㅠ When I didn't know about this, I had to go to the dermatologist every time my skin flipped over and get allergy medication prescribed... The doctor would give me a look like 'You're back again?'ㅎㅎ But after a pharmacist recommended this to me and I started using it, I only go to the hospital when it gets really bad! I can confidently say that the soothing effect of this is better than any soothing cream I've tried. It's surprising that it contains mineral oil, but there's nothing that can replace it. I've tried all the trending cica creams, but they were completely ineffective for the peeling troubles caused by my flipping skin.ㅜㅜㅎ.. I think I'll have to stick with this until I find something new...ㅎㅎ
ConsThe spreadability is better than a regenerating cream, but it feels a bit burdensome after absorbing because it gets oily. But surprisingly, it absorbs makeup well, so it's usable even during the day. To be honest, when my face flips over, I don't really feel like putting on makeup, so I don't wear much makeup. But I'll still use this!^.ㅠ
TipBased on my long-term use, this doesn't seem suitable for everyday use. That's why the volume isn't large, but it's not easy to use it up within the expiration date. After using it for a while, the cream left at the opening hardened into transparent crystals. When applying, those crystals would sometimes mix into the cream, and oh, the pain... ㄷㄷㄷㄷ Everyone, it's okay to use it a little past the expiration date, but make sure to keep the opening clean...

When my skin gets red and itchy in the spring, applying this helps calm it down a bit.
ConsIt can feel a bit greasy at times. It seems like the effects diminish if I use it too often, as if my skin gets used to it. I don't think it's good to apply it too frequently.

The soothing cream has gentle ingredients and a smooth application. The product shown below is a Bai*** Sica*** product, but it is quite heavy and oily. In comparison, this product seems more lightweight and less greasy. Oh, and the texture is more like a cream than a lotion. 2. It seems to be effective. It calms and soothes, but I'm not sure if that's due to the product or my own natural healing ability. Anyway, it does provide soothing effects. I'll use it for a longer period and write another review.
ConsThere is some pilling. While it's lightweight, there is some oil content, so it might be difficult to use with makeup. It would be better to apply this before bedtime. Applying it when going out may cause your makeup to smear and require reapplication. It also feels a bit stuffy due to the heavier texture. Everyone may experience it differently, but I found it a bit thick.
TipYou should apply this after toner and before your lotion!

It's effective for me in treating milia.
ConsSince I have severely dry skin, I apply Vaseline to the dry areas and do it myself as well. After it's absorbed, there's still a bit of oiliness left on my face. This may be fine for me since I have dry skin, but those with combination or oily skin may need to adjust the amount.
TipI find that applying a small amount to the T-zone and more generously to the cheeks helps achieve a good balance.

Recently, when mysterious acne took over the area around my chin, I heard that the zinc component in Cetaphil helps with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, so it can prevent acne from flaring up and recurring. So I bought it and applied it for about 2 days. However, when I applied it without popping the acne, the ointment-like texture of this product seemed to clog my pores, and my acne got worse. So I stopped using it, and eventually went to a dermatologist. I had to pop all the acne and had nothing to apply at home, so I used this product again. And guess what? The reddened areas from popping the acne disappeared a lot the next day! And the acne didn't come back. If you're going to use this product, I really recommend applying it after popping the acne, as a soothing treatment. Also, the formula is very ointment-like, so if you apply it before makeup, it will just slide off. Use it as a night care product instead~~
ConsAs mentioned above, this is not suitable for the emerging cystic acne. Don't think of it as just an acne-soothing product. Apply it after popping the acne, as a care product. It's not suitable as a cream to apply before makeup, and even if you use it at night, applying too much will make it feel heavy and oily. Apply it thinly~ And the packaging, well, let's just say it's... made of some kind of metal? Not the typical squeezable tube, but more like the kind used for making soju. So you can't really cut it open to use every last bit, which is a shame. And the first time you open it, it's hard to control the amount that comes out.
TipThe Cetaphil explanation says that using it together with their Oatmeal Mist enhances the effects. The Uriage Mist is a great value with 1+1, so apply that generously and let it absorb, then finish by applying the Cetaphil - this is perfect for combination skin! For dry skin, you'll need to add one more step in between.

The ingredients are good and it's quite moisturizing, so someone like me with combination or oily skin can skip the lotion or moisturizer and just apply this after toner (if applying to the entire face).
ConsAs mentioned above, the effects are temporary. If used quite a bit, you may build up a tolerance and the effects may no longer work. It seems to have a slight oiliness, so don't apply too much at once - spread it thinly when applying.

This cream contains copper and zinc, which is why it's also referred to as a zinc cream. Whenever I'm feeling fatigued or under a lot of stress, I tend to get bumpy skin on my cheeks. This would make my scars stand out even more, so I'd search for related products. I happened to spot a discounted set while browsing, so I quickly snatched it up and started using it. To my surprise, it helped diminish my blemishes far more than the scars! When I apply it in the evenings and let it absorb, the cream does feel quite rich. At first I worried this might exacerbate my issues, but I actually didn't experience any further breakouts. Instead, my blemishes significantly cleared up, and my scars have faded as well. Nowadays, this is the only product I use.
ConsGiven the cream's relatively high oil content, it may not be the best daily option for those with oily skin types. I personally only use it in the evenings. If you do decide to use it, I'd recommend applying a very thin layer and either going to bed soon after or waiting for the oil to fully absorb. Sleeping directly on the product can cause some residue to transfer to your pillowcase. A quick cleanse in the morning is also a good idea to remove any excess oil or residue.
TipI've also tried using this cream after popping any cystic blemishes, and I've found it has decent regenerative effects. I heard they've recently reformulated this into a new scar repair cream, so I'm planning to give that a try as well.

ConsIt's really too oily and feels like my pores are getting clogged. I'm starting to get small pimples ㅜㅜ

The moisturizing power alone is the best. There is too much sebum.
ConsThere is too much sebum, so it keeps getting shiny and I thought it would help with soothing and trouble, but it got worse and I met the worst skin of my life.

ConsThe high sebum content was a double-edged sword, as it meant I couldn't apply makeup on top of it.
