Quick results - When applied to blemishes, they're noticeably calmer or improved by the next day. No other blemishes or side effects occurred. Glass container Small size - Personally, I prefer smaller products as I don't have very acne-prone skin I don't get acne often, but when I do, it can sometimes last a while, so I bought this. I would repurchase. The product I used before this one was alcohol-free, so I hesitated a bit due to the alcohol content. However, it works quickly on spots without any other discomfort Fragrance - I felt it wasn't necessary to use fragrance when other natural extracts could suffice, which is disappointing Container - The liquid formula with a roller applicator can make it slightly inconvenient to control the amount Price - It might be burdensome for those who frequently get a lot of acne - ke***********Oily SkinAcne SkinOct 7, 2017
This is truly the best among acne products... It's incredible! Apply it before bed, and when you wake up, your blemishes have vanished. The larger spots visibly subside, and the smaller ones disappear completely! Please avoid applying it around your eyes. It made my eyes water uncontrollably. Even when I applied it on my cheeks, my eyes still hurt. Just apply it right before bed and it really works wonders - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 11, 2017
It does help clear up blemishes, but unfortunately the drawbacks outweigh the benefits. My face felt hot when using it, so I only applied it every few days (it was too painful for me...). My sister found it effective and bought it, but it didn't work well for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 27, 2017
This is absolutely amazing for getting rid of blemishes!!! My acne really decreased dramatically after using this. I highly recommend it! It stings and hurts a bit when applied to areas with acne. Especially if it gets into your eyes or nose, it's incredibly painful. Be careful with the amount you apply! If you use too much, it tends to run down your face. - li********Oily SkinAcne SkinJun 6, 2017
Being in stick form makes it much easier to apply compared to other tea tree oil products The glass packaging makes me worry it might break easily - hy**********Combination SkinAcne SkinApr 20, 2017
The high portability makes it convenient to carry around, and the roll-on application makes it easy to apply to larger areas with blemishes. Oh... Even though I usually respond well to tea tree spot treatments, this product seems to have too high an alcohol content. When applied to blemish-prone areas, it causes more swelling, redness, and painful irritation. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it for those with alcohol-sensitive skin. Surprisingly for Burt's Bees, the fragrance content is also quite high, listed as the second ingredient. The overall formulation doesn't seem particularly skin-friendly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 22, 2017
This is a blemish-soothing oil I frequently used while in the US. When my monthly cycle approaches, I tend to break out around my mouth and chin, but using this helps calm things down relatively quickly. Although it contains fragrance, it has a non-intrusive herbal scent. It seems to contain oil, but it feels like water when applied. I preferred this over 100% tea tree oil. I used it so well that I'd go through 2-3 bottles a year. The price in Korea is expensive. I recommend buying from Amazon if you're ordering from overseas. I used to get it for $6-7 per bottle, though prices might have gone up a bit now. It comes in a pen-like applicator where you roll the ball tip over trouble spots to dispense the product, but it runs out faster than you'd expect. While it works well on pimples, I didn't see much effect on small bumps or milia. It doesn't have any whitening properties to fade acne scars. As it's a spot treatment, I wouldn't recommend applying it all over your face like a regular acne product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 11, 2017
It's quite effective for blemishes. The tingling sensation suggests it's working hard on your skin. The ball-shaped applicator rolls on the skin, which makes me concerned about hygiene issues. Just apply it locally to the affected areas of your skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 2, 2017
The cooling sensation when applied was quite pleasant... I wondered if this was due to the denatured alcohol. However, as much as it felt refreshing, my blemishes came back with a vengeance. I received it as a gift and applied it to areas with existing blemishes. After sleeping one night, the next day my skin was red and irritated with even more breakouts. It seems this product doesn't agree with me... - fw****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 28, 2016
I've used about 4 bottles of this. It's like a miracle worker for areas with blemishes. It reduces redness, shrinks the size of spots, and even calms itchy areas. It's truly an all-in-one solution! The scent is quite strong, and the cooling sensation can make my eyes sting. Sometimes the roller doesn't glide smoothly, so I have to tap it repeatedly to get it working properly. If the liquid doesn't come out easily, try gently tapping and pushing the roller. That usually does the trick!
