It wipes off so well! I was surprised that it even removed the eyeliner, even though it was a pencil. I've been using the gift I received well, but it's a shame it's been discontinued... The pump type was convenient and nice. It's a bit irritating sometimes..? It seems it wasn't a non-irritating, gentle type. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 12, 2017
I'm the type who just wipes it off with a cotton pad - it's so convenient! My sensitive skin hurts when I wipe it, both during and after. It's a bit irritating, and I'm not a fan of the astringent water type either. No tips here ㅠㅠ I don't plan on using it enough to develop my own little tips ㅠㅠ - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 14, 2016
Sprinkle it lightly and wipe with a cotton pad, and it will be cleaned thoroughly. It has a fresher feel than cleansing oil. You need to spray a bit more for it to feel like it's all cleaned, so you end up using it excessively like a mist. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 22, 2016
My mom has been using this life-changing product for almost 10 years. She washes her face, then uses a cleansing water to wipe it down one more time, and then applies her skincare. At first, I was hesitant and didn't want to do it, but my mom's skin looked so good that I tried it a few times. When I wipe my face with other toners, a lot of it comes out yellow, but with this, even though I have acne-prone skin, my skin still looked good the next day. It's difficult to buy, so I ordered a bunch online at once. I heard they recently reformulated it, but I'm not sure if the ingredients are different - my mom said it feels a bit irritating. If you fold the cotton pad in half twice and pump it twice, it will be fully saturated. Don't just wipe one side, but wipe your cheeks, then your forehead, flip it over and wipe your nose, and then your chin. This way, the whole pad will turn yellow as it picks up all the impurities, and you can cleanse your face thoroughly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 20, 2016
Wow, why is the rating so low? This is a great product for oily, sensitive skin. I've tried it after using Clio, and it's like a whole new world. It doesn't cause any breakouts when I remove it, and while wiping with cotton pads does lead to some exfoliation, it's not a big deal. Unless you're using a really tough mascara, eye makeup also comes off easily, so I don't even bother with a separate eye makeup remover. For a sensitive skin type like me, the fact that it doesn't irritate at all is worth five stars. This is my third bottle, by the way. It's affordable and easy to use, so it's a great product. Honestly, there's nothing I'm really unhappy with. Just don't give me the trash cotton pads, give me the good ones instead. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 6, 2016
It's a product that my mom swears by, so I'm using it too haha. I haven't tried many cleansing products, so I'm not sure, but even though it's a cleansing water, it removes makeup really well. That's why it's my mom's holy grail product ☆ And the finish isn't greasy, it's refreshing. I guess you could say my skin feels a bit bouncy after using it. The issue could be my grip strength or the makeup remover pads, but if I keep rubbing, there's some irritation. It's not completely irritation-free, though. My mom says it's gentle, but I might be more sensitive than her, so that could be the reason. Please keep sensitive skin in mind. They do sell it at Emart, but if you use the internet, you can buy it much cheaper!!! They also give out a lot of samples haha. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 17, 2016
I often heard that my skin looked good, but after going to university, I suffered from acne and pimples for about a year and a half from using cosmetics incorrectly. I tried various methods, but after finding this product, my normal skin returned. My skin is not as good as it used to be, but the days of having to squeeze out pus-filled acne and pimples and disinfect them every day are a thing of the past. Here's how I started using this product: I went to my relative's house and started using the Chajun cleansing tissue, and the next day, my skin had calmed down a lot. I thought it was good, but then my mom bought me the same line's cleansing water to try. I soaked a cotton pad with it and thoroughly removed all my makeup, and from that day on, my skin gradually recovered. I only used a moisturizer for the other products. The cleansing foam alone couldn't remove everything, and even after washing with foam and wiping with a cotton pad, residue would still come out. This is the first and last water-based product I've used, and I haven't dared to change anything else because I'm afraid it might not work. For those who are sensitive to wiping with a cotton pad, it may be unavoidable, but this is a really, really good product, and I've been using it for over 3 years. I highly recommend it!!^^ None! I wonder if it's greed to hope for it to be even cheaper haha - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 14, 2016
It was irritating and not very good. The cleansing power was also not great. The convenient packaging was a positive point. It's so irritating. I used to use Bioderma, but Bioderma is too expensive, so I ran out of Bifesta and impulsively bought this, but this is way too irritating. I have no intention of repurchasing and I do not recommend it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 28, 2016
It washes off cleanly. Even though my skin type is dry, there's no tight feeling after removing it, and it stays moisturized, which I liked. It's gentle, so it can be used without any trouble even for sensitive skin. There's nothing bad about it. The volume is generous, and the price is reasonable, but the only downside is that it's hard to find offline. It used to be available at Olive Young, but now I can only purchase it online. It's good to use it together with the Aritaum 5-ply Cotton. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinNov 23, 2015
The cleansing power is not bad either, it seems to be just average. I have seborrheic dermatitis, so I bought only mild products, but it doesn't seem to work for my seborrheic dermatitis. My skin that was calm before has become red again. I don't recommend this for those with seborrheic conditions.
