Can't believe it's discontinued! I remember being persuaded to buy this along with an ampoule. Haha! The packaging is really pretty. It's nice for a light application. The pump sometimes doesn't cooperate. For me, it feels like it dries out as quickly as an ampoule.

A friend recommended this, so I decided to give it a try! I ended up using it from summer all the way through winter that year. As a hydrating serum, it's incredibly moisturizing and has a high water content. I loved that aspect so much that I found myself pumping it 3-4 times for each application. Despite its lightweight texture, it doesn't just evaporate quickly. It starts off feeling very hydrating and then settles into a refreshing finish that lasts. I highly recommend this to anyone who prefers a simple toner-serum routine! It's also great for those with dehydrated skin! As for downsides... there's not really anything specific, but I did notice I ran out of it quite quickly. Maybe because I was using it so frequently and pumping out a lot each time. I'm not sure if that's normal, but I felt like the amount was a bit lacking for my needs. I loved applying a generous amount to my face before bed. This was my first time trying a serum, and it felt like I was applying a really nourishing cream. It seemed to offer good value for money. The amount felt a bit insufficient. I'm not sure if it's because I used too much at once, but it did feel a little lacking. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 5, 2016
The pretty packaging and the reasonable price point are definite pluses. I'm not convinced this is truly for hydration. It feels moisturizing only when first applied, leaving a greasy film, but quickly dries out, leaving my skin parched. And I don't even have extremely dry skin! After using it overnight, I woke up with my face completely dehydrated, with red patches in certain areas that were also itchy. I love how it hydrates my skin without feeling sticky, leaving it feeling moisturized! The price seems a bit higher compared to other products, unfortunately.

I bought the skin serum cream set. The application is smooth and it feels nicely moisturizing. It caused severe blemishes. I continued using it for 3 weeks hoping it would improve, but the blemishes on my face only got worse. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 30, 2016
To be honest... there's nothing particularly special about it, except for the pleasant scent. The hydration evaporates so quickly. It's wonderfully hydrating without feeling sticky, and I could really feel the moisture boost! I was shocked to see on the Hwahae app that there are ingredients to watch out for depending on your skin type!
