Pros
Even though I may not feel the real Alaska here in Korea, when I apply this cream, it surprisingly calms me down without feeling the urge. For me, who has sensitive and dry skin (T-zone is oily, U-zone is sensitive), Madecassoside cream is an essential item. The creamy texture allows me to apply it only to the problematic U-zone area, and it absorbs well. The finish is not greasy or overly oily, which I like. I'm surprised it's not ranked higher.

None. I haven't experienced any breakouts or sensitive reactions with this product yet.
Tip

Oh wow! The secret to chewy, sticky rice cake mochi skin is right here. As the weather turns to fall, my skin gets dry, and mixing face oil makes it too greasy and oily creams make my skin feel stuffy and cause breakouts. Since I have combination skin, if I don't apply it properly, I have to spray mist all day long. After applying this, I don't need to spray mist anymore. It keeps my skin supple and moisturized all day. It doesn't feel greasy or stuffy at all. I'll definitely buy this again. It's an essential for fall and winter.

The packaging is a bit inconvenient. But since the formula is firm and not mushy, tube or pump packaging doesn't seem possible.

I really liked the thick, coating-like cream. But the packaging itself seemed a bit unsanitary, as dust could get in or it could harden over time with continued use. Since it didn't work for my face, I'm just using it as a body cream now.
