Pros

Keep it in the refrigerator and use it cool. The scent is refreshing too. For mosquito bites, rashes, and itchiness... It's a versatile ointment that can be applied anywhere that hurts, just like Tiger Balm.

The moisturizing power seems good. I just apply it to my face. After applying something like retinol, I use it for soothing and moisturizing.

Just because they said the ingredients are good, that doesn't mean everything about it is right.
Cons

The product seems to only be effective on creased areas of the skin, like diaper rashes. However, when a diaper rash develops, a hydrocortisone ointment works much faster to heal it.
Cons
I started using this product because many people said they use it for multiple purposes. With my baby's skin getting dry and red in the winter, I tried applying this to various areas (even on my cheeks). For a while, I thought it was helping, but then the skin didn't seem to be improving at all and was actually getting worse. I ended up going to the doctor, and when I stopped using this product and switched to a hydrocortisone ointment, the rash cleared up right away. When I applied this, it seemed to cause irritation, making the skin red and bumpy, almost like an inflammatory reaction. It also made me want to scratch the area more because it was so itchy.
Tip
I only use this product preventatively for regular skin irritation now.
