I received this as a gift when my acne got really bad. I had red, large, and itchy acne, but I saw results. Surprisingly, when I applied this lotion, the itchiness was reduced. The itchiness was really severe.. I have an oily complexion and a lot of closed comedones, but it doesn't seem to be very effective on the closed comedones. It's similar to before using it. However, I repurchased it because I needed a moisturizer that I could use without feeling sticky. When I was suffering so much from the itchiness that I was almost in tears, applying this would relieve the itchiness, so I would wash my face and apply it.
