The packaging gives a clean impression, which is nice. It seems to remove color makeup better than I expected. First off, the container is a bit inconvenient to use. It's quite oily, leaving too much residue on the face. When removing eye makeup, it feels like oil is getting into my eyes, which isn't pleasant. On top of that, it's on the pricier side, so the value for money isn't great. - ki*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 28, 2019
It comes in two separate layers, so you need to shake it before use. Since it's specifically designed for lips and eyes, it removes makeup more effectively than regular cleansers. I'm not sure if I'm using it incorrectly, but after a few uses, bubbles form between the two layers. These bubbles are quite persistent and don't disappear easily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 14, 2017
It removes makeup effectively. Highly recommended for those who prioritize cleansing effectiveness in a makeup remover. While it feels a bit stronger compared to cleansing water, it's gentler than most makeup removers. It effectively removes Kiss Me waterproof mascara and even glittery eyeshadow. Due to its rich texture, you can't use it alone and need to double cleanse with another product. Don't taste it when removing lip products... absolutely not! If it gets in your eyes, it may cause blurry vision due to the oil content. Try to avoid getting it in your eyes as much as possible. You know the drill - apply it on a cotton pad for the first cleanse, then use a cotton swab for a second pass around the eyes. Remember to shake well before use. Use it for spot removal of makeup, and for your face, opt for a foam cleanser with oil or emulsion. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinMar 3, 2017
It's cheaper than the product I used before and offers a refund option. My eyes sting terribly. I switched to this from another brand because it was too expensive, but now I'm regretting it. I came to check the eye makeup remover rankings and saw this product listed, so I'm leaving a review. - al*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinJan 22, 2017
As someone with super sensitive skin, I can confidently say that this product's soothing effect is undeniable. It's also quite gentle on blemishes. This isn't a one-and-done perfect cleanser. You need to be thorough in removing it yourself. Due to its good ingredients, it's better to leave it on for a bit and then remove it, rather than scrubbing vigorously. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 15, 2017
I tried it on both my lips and eyes. It removes makeup gently and leaves almost no residue behind. You need to shake it before use, which I sometimes forget to do. - gi****Dry SkinNov 2, 2016
Since I don't use waterproof products, I can't comment on that aspect. However, I found it great for removing regular makeup effectively without irritating my eyes. The downside is that it leaves a sticky feeling after use, which I'm not fond of. It's tolerable since I'll be washing my face soon after, but still not ideal. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 7, 2016
Removes even heavy eye makeup in an instant. It's incredibly effective at cleansing. It truly wipes away makeup like magic. It gets into my eyes... I'm using it the same way as other products, but for some reason, this one seems to get into my eyes more easily. I'm puzzled by this. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 17, 2016
I've always worried about other makeup removers stinging my eyes and potentially worsening my already poor vision. But with this product, my eyes feel so comfortable, and it removes makeup so effectively. I'm incredibly satisfied using it! I briefly thought the price might be a bit high, but when I consider the quality of the product, I honestly can't find any downsides. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 12, 2016
It removes mascara and even glitter cleanly in just a few seconds without waiting. Despite its effectiveness, it doesn't irritate the eyes. Well... I wish it came in a larger size. Apply it to a cotton pad, place it on your eyes, wait for three seconds, and then wipe off.
