I have oily eyelids that tend to smudge any eyeliner, but this one stays on longer than any other I've tried! When it was in the blue packaging, it applied smoothly without any excess powder - I was 100% satisfied. However, since the Mickey Mouse collaboration and repackaging, it's become powdery and keeps getting into my eyes. I even repurchased both the old blue version (pre-Mickey Mouse collab) and the new Mickey Mouse version to compare, and the new one definitely produces more powder. I've been using this for years, but I don't think I can continue using it anymore. This isn't exactly a pro tip, but after application, you might notice clumpy, powdery residue around the eyeliner. Wiping the applicator with a tissue or wet wipe before use seems to help reduce this issue a bit! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 26, 2017
I have monolids and most eyeliners smudge on me, but this one doesn't budge at all! It's truly my holy grail!!! When applied to the waterline, it slightly settles near the outer corner of the eye. However, the amount that settles is minimal, and you can easily wipe it off with a cotton swab, so it's not really a big issue.

It absorbs so smoothly and despite being a deep, rich brown, it doesn't look overly dark like black. Instead, it creates a natural look. It's incredibly long-lasting - even after a full day of swimming! I was so impressed that I repurchased it after trying it once! There wasn't really anything disappointing about it, except that the eyeliner breaks off too easily. That was the only slight drawback.
