I only applied it at night, so I didn't mind if it felt a bit oily. It reminds me of using a hair essence like 'Sil* Therapy' on my face. Usually, I apply retinol, squalane, and vitamin serums separately, but Paula's Choice contains all my favorite ingredients in one product. So now my evening routine is simply toner, Paula's Choice, then moisturizer. Even with this simplified routine, my skin doesn't feel tight at all, which I'm very pleased about. What's especially satisfying is waking up to find my face has a natural glow rather than looking greasy, and there's no deep dryness after cleansing. You may not notice while using it, but the difference is clear afterwards. My skin looked more supple after using the retinol.
