Applies smoothly and the brown color isn't overwhelming. I'm not sure about now, but 3-4 years ago, I used it once and got allergic conjunctivitis. I bought it because it was popular, but I don't know if it was just me - I really suffered for months from using this one product, and my eyesight even deteriorated. I wish I had kept the medical certificate to attach here. I posted a review on The Face Shop website back then, but there was no response! Seeing that the packaging has changed, it seems to have been renewed, but don't carelessly use eyeliner just because it's cheap. If it doesn't suit you, it can be devastating. Since then, I've been extremely careful with eyeliners and absolutely never buy them from The Face Shop. Those with super sensitive skin, please take note. Since I have double eyelids, drawing eyeliner used to result in smudging, but this liner had very little smudging. When sharpening, it seems to break easily because it's so soft~~~
