The product label clearly states it's for 'VERY DRY SKIN' - it's absolutely perfect for extremely dry skin types! I've been using this product for over a decade now. I discovered it by chance, and when I first started using it, they didn't even offer the smaller 30ml size. It's quite pricey at regular stores, so I stock up during duty-free promotions. I can't remember the exact details, but the more you bought, the bigger the discount. I even purchased 5 hand creams - probably paid around $8 each, compared to $20 in regular stores (not sure about current prices, that was the last time I bought it at a regular store. Now I only buy it duty-free or on sale abroad). The best thing about this hand cream is that it's the only one I use. Other hand creams leave my skin feeling tight after a while, but not this one. That's why I only apply this cream. An employee told me it contains oil, which makes it more moisturizing than other products. The label mentions Hemp seed oil. I've tried hand creams from all over the world for my dry hands, but this one feels the best. That's why I always keep a stock! In my opinion, it's a million times better than Loccitane. It's extremely expensive when purchased from regular stores. Also, the 100ml size is a bit much for year-round hand use, except during summer. I wish they would change the packaging. The sides always burst, so I have to keep it in a small ziplock bag. It becomes really inconvenient when you've used more than half. As for the scent... it's not particularly fragrant. It's definitely not a pleasant smell. Some people find it okay, others wonder what kind of scent it is. But I don't care about the fragrance as long as it keeps my hands from feeling tight. Apply it to very dry areas like elbows, legs, etc. when your skin is slightly damp. The texture isn't very smooth, so it's hard to apply on dry skin. It's especially good for chapped areas exposed to cold winds in winter. When my skin is really dry, I add a drop of oil to the cream - this keeps it moisturized all day long! - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 8, 2018
The hydration is excellent, leaving my skin feeling moisturized. While some might not like the herbal scent, I personally found it appealing. The fragrance didn't go over well with people around me. I'm hesitant to recommend it because of that. Pro tip: When someone asks to borrow your hand cream, make sure they smell it first! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJan 5, 2018
My hands get so dry that I apply hand cream without fail every time they touch water. If I don't, my hands hurt from dryness. But this one is truly the ultimate champion of hydration. Compared to this, L'Occitane's Shea Butter feels light. The scent is a bit unique, like grass maybe? Anyway, it's not exactly fragrant, so some people might not like it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 28, 2017
The moisturizing power is the strongest!! It was the first time I felt like my nails were being cared for. It was definitely the best hand cream I've ever used in terms of moisturizing power. The scent was a bit disappointing though. Some of my other friends also tried it and said the scent was really bad. While the moisturizing power is the best, the scent is one of the worst among the products I've used before. Since it cares for your nails, apply it to your nails as well. And the large size has much better cost-effectiveness. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 14, 2017
The Body Shop hand cream seems to have the best moisturizing power among their products. When your skin is dry, this could be a good alternative to L'Occitane. The scent may be divisive, but I personally found it fine. However, if you apply too much on your palms, it can feel quite greasy. It seems the larger size is no longer available, which is unfortunate. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 23, 2017
The moisturizing power is as good as or even better than Loccitane shea butter. It's amazing! Hand cream fragrance seems to be really important, but this one is likely to be quite polarizing. Personally, I'm not a fan. While the moisturizing power is good, it leaves a somewhat greasy feel when applied. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 7, 2017
I tend to wash my hands frequently and have dry skin, so my hands often crack, peel, and get injured. However, this hand cream has solved the issue of my dry hands that other hand creams couldn't fix. The amount is also very generous, so I can apply it liberally without burden. The scent may be divisive, but personally, I find it to be a plus. As mentioned earlier, the scent may be polarizing. It's excellent for the backs of my hands, but my palms tend to sweat a lot, so when I apply this, it feels a bit too oily. However, I wouldn't say this is a significant flaw of the product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 19, 2017
My hands get dry in the winter, but this hand cream has the best moisturizing effect of any I've tried so far. Everything about it was good except the smell, which I really disliked, so I didn't repurchase it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 23, 2017
For me who needed high moisture, the product at the time fulfilled that need Personal preference... Herbal fragrance, grassy fragrance hand lotion Good. It seems to provide healing and moisture for cracked skin Overall, it seems to be that kind of line across different brands. Disappointingly expensive ㅎ People around me don't prefer the scent? Troublesome to twist the cap.. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 17, 2016
I followed my mom's recommendation and wrote this, and the scent is truly my cup of tea I love this scent! Kyaaaa It's like a fresh herbal scent, but a mature one The moisturizing is beyond compare I wouldn't even need to put away other department store hand creams Since it's a large volume and the container seems to be made of aluminum, it looks like it might get crumpled a bit when you use a small amount. It's stiff, without any grooves in the middle, so you have to start squeezing from the bottom Don't apply too much. If you think it's a light hand cream and slather it on, you'll be in for a rude awakening Just a little bit goes a long way and keeps you feeling moisturized, so don't get too greedy
