I first tried this when living abroad and was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price. I initially hesitated, thinking it was just a hand cream, but upon using it, I found it to be wonderfully hydrating and gentle. It didn't cause any blemishes or small bumps, and it seems to absorb well into the skin. After returning to Korea, I spotted the same product at Daiso and bought it again. The scent and quality were identical! At Daiso, it only costs 3,000 won. I used to be a 'moisturizer nomad', never settling on one product, but now after cleansing and toning, this is the first thing I apply. Even with my sensitive combination skin, I didn't experience any deep dryness. I've always used jar-type moisturizers before, but this tube packaging is so much more hygienic and prevents dust from getting in. I wish they offered a larger size option. Also, it might be a bit too light to use alone during the harsh winter months. Those with extremely dry skin might find it not quite moisturizing enough. The key is not to slather it on thickly from the start. Instead, apply a thin layer first, then add a little more if needed for better absorption. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 21, 2020
This gentle moisturizer absorbs well, isn't sticky, and is suitable for use year-round. Those with dry or very dry skin might find the hydration level insufficient. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 2, 2020
It's a great all-around cream that absorbs well. Personally, I liked the scent too. The affordable price makes it perfect for generous use. It's such a versatile cream that I can't really find any downsides. I'd definitely buy it again. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 2, 2020
Incredible value for money. Top-tier in terms of price competitiveness. My nighttime routine involves applying toner, serum, and then this Nivea cream. When I wake up and wash my face in the morning, my skin feels smooth and soft. A big advantage is how quickly it absorbs despite its rich texture. No need to buy a separate night cream - this is sufficient. Not highly recommended for oily skin types. While the jar version is cheaper, I prefer the tube for hygiene reasons. The ingredient list always makes me uneasy. Ah, even among Nivea products, the Thai-made ones are said to be the least desirable, yet almost all the products come from Thai factories. It's hard to find ones from other country's factories. It's better used as a night cream. When applied before makeup in the morning, it can sometimes cause pilling. For pre-makeup application, it's better to look for a gel cream that's more hydrating and absorbs well. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 24, 2020
The blue tube has a lot of oil, but this one has less oiliness and great hydration. It seems to absorb quickly, and there's no greasiness after application. My skin is super sensitive and usually breaks out with just about anything, but this doesn't cause blemishes. It's one of the products I'm using really well. The price is affordable too - I stocked up at Daiso for just 3000 won. It's excellent as a hand cream as well. I used to wake up with an extremely oily face, but since using this, the excess oil has definitely decreased. It's truly the best value for money. Hmm, the scent is a bit disappointing. It has a baby powder fragrance, so it might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation for some people. Be careful not to apply too much, as it may cause inflammatory acne. Just use an almond-sized amount when applying. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 28, 2019
The scent is lovely and it absorbs beautifully. It feels so smooth going on, and the skin drinks it up nicely. Highly recommended for students! While it's not overly rich, I noticed the hydration evaporates quickly, leaving just a hint of oiliness behind. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 14, 2019
It absorbs really well. Seems to soak in quickly too. I like that it's not too oily. Might be great for oily skin types since it's not too rich. However, those with dry skin might find it lacks enough moisture. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 2, 2017
The blue bottle was too greasy and thick, but I bought it and it applies well and absorbs quickly, so I like it. My skin is much less dry compared to when I use other moisturizers or lotions. The ingredients are not that gentle. Fortunately, I didn't have any breakouts. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 30, 2017
It absorbs lightly and stays moisturized until morning. There is no eye irritation, and it is inexpensive, so you can apply it generously. My skin sometimes gets hives, but other products are very irritating, but Nivea has no irritation... The blue container is all good, but the application was not great, so I tried this one and the application was very good... They say the ingredients are not good, but the natural products I've tried cause breakouts, but this one doesn't... I've been using Nivea for over 3 years, but I've been uneasy about the ingredients, so I've tried other things, but nothing compares to this, so I keep coming back to Nivea... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 3, 2017
It has good spreadability and average absorption!!!!! I have oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin, and after applying the wrong cosmetics once, my skin was in a terrible state for 2 months. In that state, I exclaimed some (strong words) and tried this cream that I heard about from somewhere to balance the oil and moisture. The result is amazing - literally, 2 months' worth is unnecessary. Now, only the traces remain, and even the small pimples have all disappeared. Buy this, I joined Hwahae just to look at this. I apply toner, moisturizer, and lotion, but it seems like the absorption is really poor. Maybe it's because I have oily skin, or my skin is just terrible. It's too much for a baby's skin, and my skin just remains shiny. After waiting about 30 minutes, it becomes smooth. Why is the absorption so poor for my skin?
