I bought a really affordable lip balm at the Monge Pharmacy in Paris, costing less than 3 euros... They had a very inexpensive lip balm there! When I apply this and go to sleep, I wake up with annoying peeling skin. I don't mean it's good for exfoliating, but it seems to create flaky skin that wasn't there before... Too lightweight.
