The stool became increasingly watery, and I had to change the diaper 8 times a day, including when it was soiled. Pros
We've been applying it to our daughter since she was a newborn. She had severe diaper rash, and every time she had a bowel movement, she would get a rash. But after applying this, it would heal within a day. We applied it every time as a preventative measure. It's really effective. She's now 5 years old, and we still apply it occasionally when she says her bottom is itchy. I've also used it a few times when I felt discomfort, and it worked great. The pain went away as soon as I applied it. Highly recommended!

There is some white cast, but I didn't mind it since I applied it generously and didn't care about it getting on my clothes. The only issue is that the clothes with the cream on them don't absorb water well, so they're harder to wash. But hand-washing them a bit roughly makes it all come out. Since I apply it by hand, it doesn't wash off easily when I'm washing my hands, so I have to wipe it off with a towel first before the soap can really get it. But it's become a habit, so it's not a big deal.

As the weather gets hotter and newborns tend to have frequent bowel movements, diaper rash can easily develop. I used this product with my first child and then again with my second, and I could definitely feel the rash subsiding quickly.
Cons
It doesn't have the best spreadability, and there is some whitening effect, but if you dab it on gently, it seems a bit less noticeable.

This diaper rash cream is truly a lifesaver! Applying it and then changing the diaper the next time results in a dramatic effect of the rash quickly subsiding! Even if you leave the diaper on a little too long or use a cheaper brand, this lively little butt of yours immediately develops a rash. Although the spreadability is as bad as a beggar's, I just can't stop using this diaper ointment!

Should I call it a white cast? Even when I apply just a tiny amount the size of a baby chick's eye, it doesn't seem to absorb properly and just floats around leaving a whitish appearance. I have to really rub it in thoroughly and pat it down... If I apply too much, it'll cake up white around the bum and get pressed in like a decal on the little one's bottom. Ugh, I really can't bring myself to upload a photo of the baby's bum. Anyway, you have to just gently squeeze out a tiny bit and dab it on with your finger. Even though the container is not that big, I end up using an ant's worth of it each time, so it lasts longer than I want. And even though I apply it diligently, I'll probably have to throw some away due to the expiration date... Anyway, by the time the baby is rolling around and crawling, they won't stay still for the mom to pat the cream in until it's absorbed ^.^...... Might as well just buy one for the newborn stage and it'll last until they've outgrown it ^.^haha
