I bought it after trying it out at the store during a sale. It has a pearly feel and the lotion-like texture is just right. It's more of a regular lotion feel rather than a thick, creamy one. It's a decent budget option. I've been using it since December 2018 and have added one more star to my rating.

Damn, I used it once on my forehead and nose, and the next day I had 3 small pimples pop up on my forehead. I've stopped using it for now, and will try it again in a few days after it calms down. The adhesion isn't as strong as I expected, so you have to pat it on quite a bit. The texture and application is lotion-like. It can't be used on its own. Even if you use it first, the pearly effect disappears when you apply a cushion on top. (This means you have to use more than the average amount for a single use.) So I probably won't repurchase it. It's better to just use it up quickly rather than keeping it. Looks like there's an ingredient in it that doesn't agree with me.. +When I used it in December 2018 and held it up to the sunlight, I could see tiny little pearls on my forehead, cheekbones, nose, and chin. The pearls seemed to spread out across my whole face. But when I used it again, I didn't get any breakouts. I wonder why it got discontinued, it was a decent budget option.
Tip
You have to take your time and pat it on gently. Use only a small amount, using too much will make your whole face look like a pearl party.
