It's great as a first step in your skincare routine. I just pump it once and quickly apply it to my dry face. The refreshing scent is nice too. With the discounted price and generous amount, it lasted a long time. Brightening effect? What's that? Haha! It's really just perfect for a simple, no-fuss application.

You just need a toner that's oil-free, moisturizing (and even better if it has brightening effects). This one fits the bill perfectly. Now at 22, I've bought it again... for the third time, haha! To be honest, I don't think it has any real brightening effects. But at this price point, what can you expect? It's no surprise it's not effective... The price and quantity are reasonable, it applies smoothly, and absorbs well into the skin. Use it regularly without expecting miracles for your complexion... It's not particularly effective.
