Pros
I bought two sets of the Reset Serum samples, so I have two 30ml bottles that I've been using recently. The formula is watery and absorbs well, so I've been using it as a toner substitute, even though the name is 'Essence'. It's a bit confusing because the sample is labeled as a 'Lotion', but the actual product is called an 'Essence'. I've noticed that Loccitane sometimes names their products differently on the website versus the actual packaging. Anyway, even though I'm usually not a fan of tacky textures, I'm very satisfied with the refreshing and moisturizing feel of this product. It's hydrating without being oily, so I think it would work well for those with dry skin. I haven't had any issues with breakouts or excess oil, and I've been enjoying using it lately. The scent is similar to the Divine product line, with a slight herbal aroma. I personally really like the scent, as I find the Divine cream to be almost medicinal, like a tonic.

Pros
The skin is perfectly smoothed out with the skin care, and a light essence-like lotion is just right to apply afterwards. It lasts much longer than expected. It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel tight after application. Applying a cream on top of it works great even in the winter.
Cons
I'm on my nth bottle now, so I'm used to it, but the fragrance wasn't appealing to me at first.

Personally, I enjoy the scent of L'Occitane and have been satisfied with using their entire line. It has a slightly viscous texture like an essence and absorbs well.

I bought this because they said I could use it instead of a separate skin and lotion, and it's really convenient~ The scent is nice and it absorbs quickly, with a skin or light lotion-like feel. Most importantly, it doesn't seem irritating at all~ I didn't have any breakouts.

I love the natural scent(?) like L'Occitane. This product may not be fragrant, but I personally feel a sense of healing. It has a runny texture and is very moisturizing. I have combination skin that is prone to dryness, and I've never had any breakouts after using this. It absorbs really well and leaves my skin feeling very moisturized.
Cons
If you don't like floral scents, you may not enjoy this fragrance. Be sure to do a patch test(?)!

The absorption is great, and while it's called a lotion, it feels more like a toner. It's a milky-colored liquid type. It's not sticky at all and absorbs right away. Since Loccitane products tend to work well for me, and I have sensitive and dry skin, I didn't have any issues with breakouts.
Cons
I wouldn't say the cost-effectiveness and moisturizing power are excellent. I bought it for around 90,000 won at the Jeju duty-free shop. Also, it has a unique fragrance that some may dislike. Be sure to test it out before purchasing.
