The moisturizing effect of the lotion is great. After applying the skin toner, the oil content of the lotion helps cover the dryness. I don't think there were any particularly disappointing aspects. The more cream I applied, the higher my satisfaction, which was a bit of a shame. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJan 15, 2016
The good thing? After applying it, my face becomes nice and smooth - it's not as oily as expected, and that's a good point. There's a lot of talk about how great Kiehl's moisturizer is, so I bought it with high expectations. But after applying it after washing my face, my face started to feel prickly and hot... But I thought 'well, if it's good, it's good,' so I didn't wash it off right away. When I searched online, they said it's because my skin is lacking moisture? Because I believed those unproven claims, I applied it for about two days, and my eyelids got so red and swollen that my skin became stiff. I quickly applied Physiogel cream to that area, and I will never even look at Kiehl's again. Don't just accept the claim that the stinging is because moisture is going in. The stinging just means it doesn't suit your skin. Go ahead and wash it off right away. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJul 17, 2015
This has been the moisturizer with the least amount of trouble out of all the ones I've tried so far. The best moisturizer! It's really disappointing that this product is being discontinued. ㅠㅠ When using this product, don't just apply it once. Apply a second layer a few minutes later for even better hydration. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 13, 2015
This is the best cream I've ever used...I wonder why this isn't available anymore. Please make this again. Not available. But it feels a bit oily But no, it's not that - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJan 26, 2015
The volume is really big and it has an oily texture, so it seems suitable for dry skin. I used to have normal/oily skin, but it turned into sensitive and dehydrated skin. This is the worst cream ever. The texture is a bit clumped up and it feels like you're coating your face with oil when applying it. I used this for just one week and it caused dehydration, and after using it, my skin became sensitive, so I had to go back to my diet and natural masks and natural cosmetics for one and a half years to restore it...... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 21, 2015
The volume is very large It says that you only need to apply a small amount, massaging it in, so you can use it for a very long time I bought a cream that seemed like it would be moisturizing for my dry skin, but it didn't moisturize well and left my skin feeling dry and rough I tried applying it multiple times but it didn't help at all I think this cream just didn't work for me Even though a lot is left, I apply it to my hands and feet since it's a waste to throw it out . - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 17, 2014
I used to use the oil-free line from Ultra Facial religiously until it came out. I liked the lightweight, refreshing feel of the oil-free formula. You have to be careful not to apply too much, as it can get cakey. The key is to use a small amount and spread it evenly as a base before makeup in the morning. It may feel a bit lacking in moisture during the dead of winter, though, since the formula is so lightweight. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 14, 2014
I've been using this product for 4 bottles now because I really liked the soft and fluffy finish after trying various products. However, now that it's fall, I'm thinking of switching to the Ultra Facial version. It worked really well for my combination skin with blemishes. This product alone may not be enough for the fall and winter seasons. You'll need to use other moisturizing products as well. I highly recommend this to those who dislike the greasy and sticky feeling when applying lotion. - bi*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinOct 4, 2014
Even though I have sensitive, dry skin and it's oil-free, it manages to lock in moisture so my skin is no longer dry. There aren't really any downsides, but the fact that it's currently sold out is the most disappointing thing. You only need to use a little bit at a time~ It spreads well. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 31, 2014
It seems like you're referring to the Ultra Facial Moisturizing Cream for oily skin. I used it together with the Blue Astringent Toner, and even though I have combination/oily skin that tends to be dehydrated, the moisture level was excellent after using it. Highly recommend it. I noticed the effects seemed to diminish over time with continued use, so I ended up switching products. You only need to apply a small amount, no need to slather it on heavily. It spreads well and provides sufficient hydration.
