I had to search multiple times to find the product when I was going through some unexplainable skin troubles. I would even want to give it a big kiss (haha) as it helped calm down most of my troubles after using it just once or twice. It has now become a repurchase item for me. I personally feel that it works better when applied after the pus has dried up, rather than when the area is still oozing. Of course, continuously applying it on the oozing area would also help, but in my experience, yes. Except for a couple of stubborn spots, the rest have just left behind scars. I keep applying it on the scars, but the fading process seems to take a long time, perhaps due to mixing with other skincare products. Also, the fading doesn't seem to work as well for deeper scars.
