It lathers well, and the cleansing effectiveness isn't bad due to the anionic surfactant. The pH is 8.5, and the cleansing powder with sulfur was refreshing. With consistent use, it helped manage my sebum. Sulfur can be effective for blemishes and oily skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties that may help with pustular acne or red acne marks, and can improve skin texture. It's a cleansing powder that allows for pore care without irritation. Since I don't use it daily, it lasts longer than expected. Protease accelerates skin turnover by releasing dead cells and exfoliates by breaking down dead skin cells. SLS is a powerful surfactant, making it very effective at removing oil and dirt. Due to its strong cleansing properties, SLS is commonly used in shampoos, body washes, toothpaste, and industrial cleaners. However, its strength can also irritate sensitive skin, potentially causing dryness or irritation.
ConsThe price is quite steep, making me hesitant to purchase unless it's on sale, and occasionally the holes in the container get clogged.
TipWhy sulfur is good for blemishes: Exfoliation: Sulfur helps dissolve and remove dead skin cells, preventing the buildup of dead skin and sebum that can cause blemishes. Antibacterial action: Sulfur inhibits the growth of acne-causing bacteria, preventing blemishes from worsening. Sebum control: Sulfur helps regulate excessive sebum production, reducing one of the main causes of blemishes. Be careful not to use it with other chemical exfoliants as it may damage your skin barrier. TIP 1: Enzymes work best in warm water (40-50°C). Avoid cold or too hot water! TIP 2: While you can lather with your hands, using a foam maker, mask bowl, or pack brush can provide a much better cleanse. TIP 3: Using a warm face towel or steamer to warm your face can enhance the effects. After waiting sufficiently, gently massage areas with more dead skin cells, then rinse with warm water (important!).

I use Dr. Lab Azulene Mousse Cleanser daily, but when I have excess dead skin cells or sebum, I use this for deep cleansing once or twice a week. It's great as a final step in double cleansing, leaving your skin feeling thoroughly cleansed.
ConsBeing a powder, you need to be careful with the amount at first (you'll get used to it with practice). Be cautious not to let the product opening get wet or damp. When dispensing into your hand, it can clump if your hands are too cold or lack moisture.
TipFor best results, wash your hands thoroughly, wet them sufficiently, and start creating a fine lather in your palms. Begin cleansing from areas with more sebum - nose, chin, forehead, then cheeks - while gently massaging. This method effectively removes dead skin cells.

While other products might leave my skin feeling squeaky clean, this one makes it feel soft and smooth after rinsing. The granules dissolve well in water, so if your bathroom is humid, it's best to store it in your room. For those with sensitive skin, it's recommended to lather it up well until the granules are completely dissolved. I use it daily without any irritation - the ingredients are safe and I haven't experienced any blemishes.
ConsThe container's opening tends to get dirty, probably because moisture keeps getting in. It seems unavoidable with a powder-type product...
