Pros
My skin feels so soft after cleansing! The scent is also nice, and I fell in love with the sample I received from Aesop, so I ended up purchasing it. It's great for people like me with sensitive skin.

I'm not using it to remove makeup... I'm only using it for the softness!

The product has a pretty bottle and a nice aroma reminiscent of Aesop. On makeup days, it was difficult to remove with just this product alone. It seems suitable as a second cleansing product or for morning cleansing. After washing, my face didn't feel overly squeaky-clean or sticky, and there was no tightness, which I liked. I've been using it for about a month, and although I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, my complexion seems to have become brighter after cleansing compared to when I used other cleansers.

I've had it get in my eyes a few times, and it was incredibly painful. In my life, I've had all sorts of things get in my eyes, like eyebrow hairs, water, and eye makeup removers, but this was the most painful experience. Be very careful to avoid getting this in your eyes when cleansing. Another downside is that I feel like I have to cleanse for a long time to make sure it's all washed off. The price is a bit steep, but this seems to be the best cleansing product!
