Be sure to get the pump if you purchase it!
I bought it in-store, and the staff member forgot to give me the pump, so I had to go back, and they provided it.

My skin feels so soft after cleansing! The scent is also nice, and I fell in love with the sample I received from Aesop, so I ended up purchasing it. It's great for people like me with sensitive skin.

Using it as a standalone morning cleanser and then following up with a cleansing water in the evening before a secondary cleanse works well. Even after cleansing, my skin didn't feel overly tight or dry.

The cost-to-effect ratio wasn't as outstanding as I had hoped. While it's an affordable product, there are many other effective options available, so I don't have plans to repurchase it.

As small bumps started appearing a lot, I ended up changing my cleanser and started using the Aesop hand cream product.
It seems gentle and not irritating, and the small bumps have now stopped!

I only use this for my morning cleansing, and then do a foam cleansing and a second cleanse in the evening.
It cleanses my pores thoroughly without any irritation, leaving a refreshing feeling!

I bought it directly from overseas;
I didn't know it didn't have a pump, so I'm currently using a leftover hand wash pump that fits perfectly.
The formula is like a sponge, so it flows out a lot, and you have to carefully make lather.
The lather creates a ton of bubbles, which can make it hard to breathe!

My T-zone has extremely large pores and a lot of sebum, while my U-zone feels like it's going to tear apart when exposed to heaters or air conditioners due to its dry and combination nature. If the ingredients are not good, I'll get pimples right away because of my sensitive skin.
Before using this product, I had to do a clay mask twice a week to get the sebum out, but now, even once every few months is enough to get just a little bit of sebum out!
It doesn't remove the oil, but rather melts the sebum. And it doesn't make my U-zone dry either.
The fragrance is also really nice!

Aesop has excellent customer service. When I mentioned that the product did not feel good on my skin and caused redness and breakouts, they immediately processed a refund.

Perhaps due to the excessive cleansing power, the skin has become very dry, and it feels like the important oils and moisture essential for the skin have been completely stripped away.

The cleansing power seems to wash away not only the dust and dead skin cells on the surface of the skin, but also the impurities and sebum deep within the skin, leaving a refreshing feeling.
