It seems to moisturize the under-eye area nicely. I just apply it and relax watching TV. Initially, it's a bit tricky to position correctly under the eyes and doesn't stick well, but it adheres better as time passes.

When about a third of the hydrating ingredients are left in the container, it dries up quickly. Is it because of summer? It feels refreshingly cool under the eyes when applied. On hot days, it would be great to keep them in the fridge and then apply them under the eyes. The amount of serum was insufficient, making it difficult to see results from the gel in the upper part as it wasn't coated with serum. Also, if you apply it after eye cream, it actually wipes off the eye cream, so you need to reapply it. 
Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 6, 2014I'm not quite sure... It's moisturizing, but a bit different from other gel masks. Unlike other gel masks that have essence infused, this one is just gel. When you peel it off, it does get thinner... It doesn't feel very hydrating when you remove it. You'll need to apply eye cream or moisturizer after using this mask. For combination dehydrated skin, you might want to layer additional products for deeper hydration.
