It's gentle and great for babies. Even if it gets in their eyes, they don't cry. It seems to cause no irritation to the skin. Perfect for use in winter. Nothing bad to report yet. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the lather isn't particularly rich or creamy. I'm using this along with Aveeno's blue-capped line of products. For my super sensitive, dry skin and my baby's skin, it's the ultimate combination for winter. - ls*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 12, 2021
I bought this because it seemed gentle. It's not too drying, lathers well, and is easy to use. I didn't realize it contained fragrance in the ingredients. I guess I'll have to use up what's left. - ye*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 29, 2020
The moisturizing effect after washing is excellent. The texture isn't too thin, and it lathers up nicely. My sensitive-skinned second child uses the Atopalm line, while my first child with beautiful skin uses the Aveeno line. Considering the hydration, I highly recommend this. My second child would use the same product if not for the oat allergy. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. The hydration is good, and it lathers well, making it easy to wash with. It doesn't irritate the eyes when it gets on the face. The pump dispenser makes it convenient to use, and the price is relatively affordable. It's good all around. - ga*****Combination SkinRecommendedDec 29, 2020
The texture is pleasant and it lathers well, giving a thorough cleansing sensation Since my baby doesn't have particularly sensitive skin or blemish-prone skin, I don't have any major complaints - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedAug 24, 2020
It's gentle and safe for children. The subtle fragrance is also quite pleasant. I wish it was a bit more hydrating, which is slightly disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 18, 2020
I thought it was suitable for kids, so both my 30-month-old daughter and 12-month-old son were using it... After checking the ingredients on the Hwahae app, I decided to switch. I'm always worried about what products to use for my children. Finding the right skincare for sensitive young skin can be challenging. It's important to carefully research ingredients and consult with experts when choosing products for children. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2020
The texture is soft and it lathers nicely. I'll need to use it a bit longer to really know how I feel about it. I switched from an atopic-friendly product to this more affordable line, but after checking the ingredients, I'm hesitant to continue using it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 14, 2020
In summer, when frequent washing is necessary, this wash and shampoo combo definitely has its merits. It lathers well, and the gel pump format makes it easy to use. The fragrance is pleasantly subtle. Being a dual-purpose product, it does leave the hair feeling a bit stiff after use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2020
I bought this when I first started bathing my baby. It's well-known and has good reviews. We used it well at first, but it seems it didn't quite agree with our little one's skin after a while. My husband is now using it though! He says it's really great for his sensitive skin, being a baby product. It's a shame it didn't work out for our baby in the end. I'm not sure if it's just our baby's skin, but after washing, the skin became extremely dry and blemishes appeared. If you use too much of the solution, it can dry out sensitive or dehydrated skin. I found it better to dilute it in bathwater and use the foam to gently cleanse. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 13, 2020
It's gentle and has a pleasant scent. Conveniently available at supermarkets. It doesn't seem to lather as much as I expected.
