I thought it was a mild cleansing oil, but when I removed the fragrance, there were no irritating ingredients. It's not particularly strong in cleansing power, but it has sufficient cleansing power for practical use. For heavy point makeup, remove it with a lip and eye remover, and since you'll go through a secondary cleansing process anyway, I'd recommend this mild cleansing oil if that's what you're looking for.
Cons
The scent is nice, but that's the problem. Artificial fragrances can be harmful to the skin.

I bought it primarily for the eye area, and it wipes off very well. Even for most things, just a few rubs and it's almost all gone. The smell wasn't particularly bad either, just so-so.
Cons
I wiped my forehead at some point, and my skin was completely peeled off. I have sensitive skin, so that could be why, but even so, it caused breakouts, and now I only wipe my eyes. I don't particularly have any intention to repurchase - it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.

It seems to be effective for removing dead skin cells. I have dry skin, so I usually remove makeup with oil-based products and then use a foam cleanser. I've tried many products, but this is my favorite, so I wait for sales to buy it consistently despite the high price. It's surprisingly gentle, and the oil content is just right. After using the product, my skin doesn't feel too slippery or greasy during cleansing (some products left my skin feeling slick even after foam cleansing, so I didn't feel properly cleaned). This product alone doesn't completely get rid of all my blackheads, but it does remove quite a lot, so I'm satisfied The price is a bit on the expensive side
